Very quick response to my question about the product. Very easy to place order and next day delivery. My Dad has dementia and absolutely loves his Robopet Dog it has given him a new lease of life. So good to see him smiling again. It has been a pleasure to purchase from Deborah. Would not hesitate in recommending.

I purchased the Princess - Ragdoll Interactive Robotic Companion Pet in June 24, it no longer charges so it’s now just an expensive stuffed toy, I contacted the seller to help solve the problem as yet had no response

The response was very quick for some reason I missed the first email, apologies!
I was asked to return the princess cat for inspection, as it turns out I was unknowingly using the incorrect cable which has done some damage, Deborah has been extremely helpful and has offered to replace it for me which is incredibly generous under the circumstances. I can highly recommend this company for their first class customer service.

Bought a golden puppy 11 months ago February 2024. Now it only works intermittently and has done for a while but my Mum is so attached to it she is distraught without it. At the time of purchase there were good reviews on here. Unable to submit contact form like others and no reply from mobile number which says NHS only.

My partner has ordered from these people but has yet to receive anything. I worry that this company are a scam?

Works intermittently, you can’t submit the online contact form and the staff don’t reply to your emails.

Great price, fantastic service in time for Christmas…

Ordered one “Purrble” for my son 5yrs old and was so amazing, we had to order another, for our daughter who is 9yrs old… they both loved them from the start, the Purrble comes in a very clever box and from the first touch they fell in love… My son from day one has completely calmed down and it’s made him so much more relaxed.

We couldn’t have a real pet, but this is the next best thing! and if you are looking for that special soft toy/companion for you’re little ones…. my wife and myself can’t recommend enough… great fidgets in ears and feet…
