The greenhouse instructions are too vague. There are no videos or assistance from Robinsons or you tube. The holes in the vents were either not drilled at all or drilled in the wrong place (confirmed by the reseller, so not just us getting assembly wrong) the instructions have a QR code to supposedly take you to assembly instructions and all it does is link you to some random persons instagram account. To top it all, their VERY expensive blinds cannot be reached by a 5ft 6inch tall individual and the pole they suggest you purchase from them to bring them down cannot be attached or connected to the blind tab and is useless. Their response to this issue is to say that no- one else has complained! At the moment I do not recommend this product but await a response from the complaint’s dept to see if they will address the issue.

Built a Robinson's Royale Reach with a side door for my mother recently.
The instructions are beyond useless, and at points they confused the matter more.

They fail to point out key bolts that need threading in step 2 ready for step 7, there are no instructions about how to fit the side door version of this style, and 0 online support on you tube.

The greenhouse looks good now built but as it was weeks late and caused such a nightmare to build I would advise anyone to avoid this brand.

Poor Quality - Customer service don't answer the phone and they cant even drill the holes in the metal work in the correct place!
