Placed an order on Friday last week (19/04) and received the goods on Saturday morning (20/4). Goods were securely packed and chilled goods were not perished. Definitely recommend and will use again! :)

I have been ordering regularly from RobinFood since 2021. I don’t understand all the people complaining, I have never had any problem with my delivery. Products always come fresh, and it is so easy having it delivered directly to your door. They always send small gifts, which is very kind and they gave very good promotions as well. Will keep buying !
Used to be a very good company but since they got bought by the new owners ABSOLUTELY useless delivery's take 4/5 day's not next day as advertised on their website also now stocking less than half the items they used to sell.Avoid there are other companies you can use online.Shall never order from again

My impressions about my order : Perfect-Magnificent:
-Cold preservation delivery of meat and dairy products with protective ice bags.
-Packaging
-Documentation and communication: entered the order and received an e-mail: order confirmation, then an e-mail payment receipt and e-mail invoice.
-received it 24 hrs.
Made the order on 2nd November. They are advetising delivery to be the next day. They somehow mention that if order is after 11am on thursdsy than the next day delivery is not available. It would be delivered on Tuesday instead. Thats not very clear on the website. I contacted them on their whatsapp number and was adviced that I would get it on Tuesday the 7th Nov.
I got an email from their delivery company saying it will be delivered on 7th. Never delivered it that day.
I contacted the customer service they said it would be delivered by 4pm on 7th which i said that would not happen.
It did not happen so i asked them to cancel the order. They told me to just not to accept the order when delivered.
Got an email on 8th November telling me it would be delivered between 11.20 and 13.20. We waited in all day only to be emailes to say that no one was in when they tried to deliver.!!!
There is a camera and it has been recorded so no delivery attempted at all.
I asked them to refund asap and waiting for refund!!
There are many other companies who supplies similar goods which is cheaper than Robin Food and wont be using them again.
Or if you want a food order that takes a week to be delivered!(not actullay delivered) than order from them.
They have apologised but that does not solve the problem.
Bad experience, not worth the hassle.

The best and most stable online Turkish market so far. Groceries had the best price among competitors. Customer service is also very polite and reachable. My only criticism concerned the fresh vegetables that I ordered: Some were a bit wilted.
I would order from them again.

This company was doing a great job when they started. I haven't used them for a while and after my last experience I will never use them again. First of all despite the promise of next day delivery, it took 4 days for me to receive my order after trying to reach them from WhatsApp and Instagram to tell them my order was missing. They didn't bother replying but next morning I got a confirmation from DHL! So they forgot my order!
When my order arrived, I have noticed 6 frozen products got thawed! I tried eating thawed doner and we got stomach upset! So all of the defrosted food wasted, gone into the bin due to lack of proper insulation and 4 days delay! I had missing items and some poor substitutions. Some peppers were moldy. I have asked for a refund, no reply. I have chased them few times. No reply whatsoever! No apology, no refund! Horrible service.
UPDATE: I have received my refund now.
Robin Food, once a reliable source for Turkish products in the UK, has unfortunately let their standards slip. It's disheartening to see that they no longer regularly update their website inventory, resulting in customers being charged for out-of-stock items. What's worse, obtaining refunds for these unshipped products has become a tiresome process.
Additionally, the quality of the products they do deliver has significantly deteriorated, with many items arriving stale or subpar. It's a far cry from the exceptional prices, packaging, and service we enjoyed in the past. Regrettably, it appears that the company may not survive much longer if this decline continues. It's a real shame, as customers like us have been left feeling disappointed and out of pocket
I tried this company for the second time to order Turkish food online and again a huge disappointment. I placed an order two days ago and was expecting it to be shipped the same day, but my order was not delivered on the day. I called customer service and they said that the delivery will be made even if it is late. I kept waiting and the it was not delivered. Today (2 days after my order) customer service told me that there is a traffic jam in London and that was the reason for the delay. But who can guarantee that there will be no problems today or any other day. This business should have taken such situations into account when promising same-day delivery. There is also a huge waste of product as there are so many frozen products and now they are wasted.
