My roamer smart 4 battery was on my boat when I bought and I knew nothing of roamer before that. I've done upgrades to my system with solar and a cerbo gx and i had a few issues with controlling it all. I contacted roamer support and they have been absolutely brilliant, I can't praise them enough, they'd get ten stars in I could. Would I recommend them? 100% and I will definitely use more roamer equipment in the future.

well, I’ve had my Battery which is
under my seat in my Camper after 5 years it developed my fault on top end cells not balancing the two options I had buylithium charger or returning the battery to have a new BSN fit and let them Top end charge it the battery is five years old and technologies has moved on massively so I had the new old battery upgraded and now it’s working perfectly. There was a cost of £160 but I think this is very reasonable and technical are always on hand to give good advice so I’ll give these guys the full five stars well done.

I was looking for a quality battery to use in my van. After much research and many comparison lists, Roamer came out on top: Positive reviews, disassembly videos to display the quality and Victron CAN-bus support made me pull the trigger. I needed support from them multiple times but even for dull requests concerning shipping and invoicing, they treat your questions with care. After more than a year of ownership, when I had some technical problems on a Friday afternoon, Steve not only diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours but he also tuned my setup. Truly A-tier support!

Terrible customer service. Avoid buying from this company.

I purchased a Class-T Z-Link from their website. The shipping charges included taxes, yet when the package reached customs, I was forced to pay those taxes a second time before I could receive my order.

I contacted support and opened a ticket. Chris replied and explicitly stated that Roamer would cover the additional customs costs. After that, communication completely stopped.

For weeks, I have received no updates and no responses to my emails. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I am being ignored while still waiting for a resolution to a problem that should never have happened in the first place.

The product may be fine, but the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Promising reimbursement and then disappearing without any communication is unacceptable.

I will updating this review and let you know if the company finally contacts me and resolves this issue. Until then, I cannot recommend buying from them.

Great experience dealing with the guys via email, I wasn't happy with the reception I received when I went to collect my £1300 battery, the guy that turned up wasn't happy throwing his arms around in his car and mouthing something because I was in his parking space, if I wasn't doing a 4 hour round trip I would've told him where to stick his battery.

Great website which is full of information. Before i ordered it was made clear that the battery I wanted was on back order so no nasty surprises there. The free half hour design chat was excellent and food for thought for future upgrades. I was kept up to date on the progress of my order and estimated date of arrival and it arrived into stock when they had estimated and was delivered when I asked for. Fantastic product, fitted and working beautifully. Well done folks, no wonder you are so well liked. As they say, 'you get what you pay for'.
