Coaching with Rae - Wow!
Fantastic there are no other words to describe what Rae has done, well she supported me to do it evenso it just wouldn't have been possible without her. Rae was very professional, organised and experienced from start to finish and this was in the my first session, I thought it would weeks to arrive at where Rae successfully brought me to in such a short space of time. The structure and set up of the session ensured that what I understood what I was doing, had a direct input in what I wanted and it all ran succinctly. When I was unclear about my thoughts and the actions I would take, Rae asked the right kids of question at the right time and she genuinely came across as empathetic and keen to help. Having clear boundaries and expectations really helped and this kept me on track and focused. Thank you Rae!
