Product was fine. Postage cost for a small bag was expensive. Three days to deliver, not acceptable. Would expect next day delivery for the cost of postage.

To be honest the guy was nice enough but he promised he would ring on Friday when my item arrived. He didn’t. When I rang at 3:58 he said it could be collected until 5:30 when on the phone the previous day he said you closed at 4pm. I assumed (my fault) any business would be open at least Saturday morning but that led to a mad panic to get my item collected by 5:30pm Friday. It did in the end but when you google RRPS it comes up with an address that isn’t yours.
Why do you have the same name as another company in the same town?! How utterly confusing and buying one battery was really hard work. Two stars are only because the lad on the phone was pleasant. The fact he didn’t do what he promised he’d do (ring me) means I won’t be using you again. It’s 2019, customer service is back as being popular!!!

It won’t let me respond to your reply so editing my original as a response. Firstly I can use whatever name I like on the internet and I don’t give you permission to put my name on the internet so let’s just make that clear. Secondly you did not mention you were an e-commerce business or I probably wouldn’t have ordered. Your website looks like a shop and you behave on the phone like a shop. We all need to do business and survive but my honest experience with you was traumatic. There was a guy (with a shop) in Shrewsbury who could have got me one (cheaper too) next day and collected Friday, or Saturday. I am trying to provide constructive criticism in the hopes it helps your business and the next customer who is in a complete bind understands what you are and how you do things. The two addresses when you search google for RRPS is confusing as hell, maybe take the warehouse one off the net if customers don’t go there. Or make it clear? Anyway, it is what it is. Good luck for the future but it’s a case of once bitten twice shy with me.
Oh and as for point #4 where you say two addresses is “NEVER” an issue, I must be thick and so must my mate as he had to ring you to find you as you don’t even have any business signage. Thanks

Great products at good prices and a genuine guy who will go out of his way to help. If RRPS sell it then I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.
