Came quickly to replace a battery I had already bought. Job took no time and the person was pleasant. HOWEVER it cost us £150 for a 10 minute job (we had agreed the price for a quick fix) BUT for that price I would expect them to take away the old battery for disposal. Instead, they just left it on our driveway, causing us hassle, as the nearest place that will accept it is at least a half hour drive. They did not return calls about this, which is really poor customer service.
