0/10. My first review ever btw because its so bad.
DO NOT BUY!!!

-Bad Quality. It’s literally silicone and an extremely thin ankle sock. All the weight is in the silicone which is in the heel part of the sock.
- Highly Uncomfortable, all the pressure in your heels because of how it is made, could have added pads to the toe part for stability or something but there is none. It feels like walking with heels, unstable and awkward. For some time your heels will hurt because of all the pressure.
- DOES NOT MAKE YOU AS TALL AS ADVERTISED. In my experience I went from 5’5.5” to 5’6” for both the 2 inch (5cm) and the 3 inch (7cm). Again for both of them, I only got HALF AN INCH.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Currently contacting them for Refund because heres how they get you. If you look on their Page it says, at least right now on 04/13/2026, they have a sale. On their return page they say “Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.” Meaning that any item you buy on sale cannot be returned. Which also means that if you do not return item you do not get refund, as states in their refund page as well. Thats how they get you.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered from them a month ago, but I haven’t received my order yet. It’s been over a month, and I haven’t even received a single update about my order. I tried emailing them multiple times from different emails, but I haven’t gotten a reply. I’m afraid they’re scammers. I’ve already asked for a chargeback from my bank, and I hope it hurts them as much as it could. People like them shouldn’t exist.

Absolutely horrible looking 3 inch soles. They are nastily thick and you can barely walk with them on

They say delivered in 3-7 business days but it’s more like 20 business days because they ship from or well they shipped mine from nancheng china bruh

Do not purchase anything , no customer service they got back to me maybe a month or so after I tried to get refund and was just some stalling email

The products are just cheap stuff sent direct from china

Received the item on the 28/10/25 the item is to small does not fit so request a refund and they replied back saying i placed the order on the 18-10-25 so could not return , my advise do not order from here its a complete scam they dint do any returns regardless £80 down the drain

Scammers. False advertising Ignored buy them when looking for a solution. Avoid avoid avoid.

Literally scammers didn’t receive anything

Det här företaget är helt oseriöst. Köp inte – du förlorar bara dina pengar och får aldrig något levererat. När man kontaktar dem svarar de bara via mejl, och då ljuger de om allt möjligt för att slippa leverera varan man har beställt. De betalar inte heller tillbaka pengarna, även om man har bevis för både beställning och betalning via banken. Jag kommer att anmäla företaget till konsumentverket.

Ordered 3 inch soles 8 days ago, says they’re sitting in nigeria still, i’ve emailed them 8 times, they keep sending automated messages about “it seems there’s some unforeseen circumstances affecting your package” i doubt i’ll ever even get these lol, terrible company.

They sent out a horrendous item all it does is slip out under ur feet doesn’t even fit to your heel properly and it’s uncomfortable can’t run or walk properly in these without it slipping out from under ur feet would not recommend buying

This company are a scam.

Sent a terrible item. Does not do what they advertised. When I request my money back they refused. Telling me they couldn’t locate the tracking to prove the item was delivered.

I provided the screenshots of the courier website stating it was delivered.

Avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely trash company. They claimed I waited too long for the 14 day return policy. My item was delivered on June 2nd of this month…. No response back just taking my money.

I have been waiting sense may 9th for my package and it is currently June 2nd not where I will but from in the future for sure!

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. I have been waiting over two months for my package, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received no meaningful assistance. I have also not been refunded. This experience has been highly disappointing and feels like a scam. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Total scammers. I bought and never received my order. Customer support is aweful, you may get an answer once a month. After 5 months of trying to get a resolution, there repsosne was to try to contact the guys that deliver the package. AFTER 5 MONTHS. TOTAL SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Disappointing customer service. Don’t trust them.

Ordered back support. Ordered large but still much to small. Annoying.
Ordered boots and shoes.
Boots a size 4 but would only fit a child. Poor leather but well made. Sadly will be thrown away.
Loafers pretty much average loafer. Well made but too small. I would imagine quite comfy for smaller foot but not made to last. Again very annoying size wise.
Will not be using this company again.
They need to get sizing sorted.
In all a waste of money.

They are absolutely fraudsters and scammers! Purchased bamboo fibre boxer short, and Oscar Casual Cardigan both not adequate to try, the sizes were small, and not fit for the purpose. Cheap, nasty and the right place for their merchandise, is the dustbin. Asked for return, but they do not accept return. No apologies or refunds. They are your typical scammers! Once they have your money thats it.
AVIOD AT ALL COST! THEIR MERCHANDISE IS ABSOLUTE S___.
