Purchased a BMW 3 SERIES from this company. As someone with very little knowledge about cars, the staff were so helpful and provided me with all the necessary information needed to make an informed decision. I have to say I’m so pleased with my purchase and will definitely go back to these guys when I’m ready to buy my next vehicle. Five stars!

Polished to perfection with zero mechanical inspection!
Don’t be fooled by the glossy online photos . Badly painted break pads , budget tyres slapped on . Worn out breaks . Oh the warranty won’t cover any of it . Zero piece of mind .
After purchasing the GLC from Riviera I’m left with numerous issues that should have been addressed prior to purchase . Guaranteed before my 4 hour drive by riviera that there would be absolutely no issues. Apparently all their cars are highly inspected. LIES.

I had to take it to a garage to get repaired for numerous problems £500 later they will not cover the full bill . Still waiting for payment . Chasing for days …

Don’t do it !! Save your time , energy and most of all your hard earned money .

I could not fault the service provided by Billy at Riviera Automotive. He kept me fully informed as to progress with my purchase and the car was ready to collect at a time that suited me. The main dealerships for many prestige car makers could learn lessons from Riviera in all aspects of dealing with car buyers.

Last week I decided to change my Range Rover (my 14th) and went to the main dealership, basically treated not well and outrageously contemptibly when it came to valuation of my car. So, I looked around and found a first edition RRS at Riviera.
As they are not a main dealer, I went sightly cautiously but was hugely impressed by the stock, the team and their uncomplicated approach. We did a deal within 30 minutes at a level which fairly reflected my cars condition whilst leaving a sensible margin – a win – win.
I collected the car today and it was ‘revealed’ really creatively involving the whole team whose enthusiasm, knowledge and care shone through. It was perfect.
I have bought lots of high-end cars and pay attention to detail and have to say this team are really good, helpful, knowledgeable and the company financially realistic.
I rarely do feedback, but I thought that as everyone from Billy in sales to the lovely lady on reception went miles beyond the norm that I should pass on this experience so that others considering a high-end vehicle purchase go and meet them. It’s worth the trip!
