After Trying sites like Shaddi, match, eharmony and tinder. I went ahead and signed up with rishtasite as my parents were telling me from a long time. It's quiet interesting how their system work where I don't have to do much other than just waiting for them to send a suitable match. Well.... they sent me a few matches and I liked one of them. We are still communicating. So far so good!!

It’s the same sort of situation for me as others are complaining of.
A family member said they heard about this site on the radio and so I contacted this site and what a mistake that was.
I spoke to an enthusiastic person from this site who said he would find me a partner and would be “the first person to do Bhangra at my wedding” which now I feel was to be overly friendly and to gain my trust.
After signing up and transferring hundreds of pounds of my hard earned money to them thinking it would help me find a partner - I could not have been more wrong.
They sent me a picture of a woman who they said was looking to settle down and what I was looking for - the way the site representative was talking made it sound it could be possible for things to go forward with the woman.
After a while, I was called and was told the woman was approached by them and she declined.
For some time after that, I was getting emails from rishtasite showing me profiles that I felt were not suitable for me and then getting harassed by a particular employee of theirs who kept asking me the reasons why I did not want to pursue the potential rishtey they were sending me details of.
I had told them from the beginning, what I was looking for and they ignored that and only kept pushing for me to accept rishtey that were not what I was looking for.
Marriage, I feel is very important to me and it has to feel right for both of the individuals who are looking to commit themselves in this union and it shouldn’t be about what marriage sites are pressuring people to do.
Today, I received many calls from a person from this site and he was what felt like pressuring me to sign up again for over £300 as they came across a “suitable” profile for me and could only go forward once I had signed up again.
I told him I can’t talk now but he was persistent and asking me again and again when he could video call me to sign me up again.
My nature is too soft and as a result - I told him politely - not to call me but I’ll call him back and then I went to block their number.
In short, don’t waste your money. Now from my own experience - I don’t trust them or the positive online reviews for them as they can be fake ones.
I’m speaking up now but there maybe more people who have have similar stories like this and who have not shared their story.

At last, a platform for genuinely committed individuals... I gave them a call and was met with a prompt courteous, and professional support. They showed me a good rishta.

I registered my daughter back in Jan. Since they have taken a large amount of money I have not really had any communication. Karan Singh said they had good matchs under the criteria we wanted. Before we agreed they showed one person which when I paid the answer we got is no. This is fine not a problem but then no communication. When I finally got through after so many calls and email they sent matches which were random and not anything we asked for. I“ve been trying to call again and again . When finally I got through to their customer service and asked Karan Singh to call me the customer service person said I'll get him to call you in an hour. That was on 30 May and till now no call. I got an email today that my contract has expired and if I want yo renew to email back yes. I gave £500 pounds for 4 months and got no communication and no one picks up the phone. I put this review down as that before people pay this site please do your research. I have also made a complaint to Punjab radio where I heard about this site. Its fine I totally understand it takes time but they do not provide any service that cost so much money. Till now I've had no communication just email todayvthat its been 4 months and my contract has expired.

Rishtasite offers a decent matchmakmg service with a good range of profiles and search filters. However, i found some profiles to be outdated, and responses from the matches were slower. Even matchmakers don't help much in this area. They just give generic responses.

I signed up on Rishtasite.cim about 10 days ago, and I've already spoken to a match chosen by our matchmaker. That was quick! Im really happy with the experience so far- let's see how things progress. Definately worth the investment - fingers crossed!!

Would not recommend. The team are not professional, they waste time and have awful customer services. Their turn around times are ridiculous for a paid service.

Be careful, they are scammers!
I paid a lot of money and got nothing!!
