Rishta Depot is a terrible company to start with, please save your hard-earned money don't use them. I don't wanna rate them but not having any options that's why I choose 1 start.They are very unprofessional, irresponsible and negligent. They never response and hired a terrible matchmaker. They don't even know how to do their job. They sent me matches of girls and when I asked they said will never happen again. It is such as crap and wastage of money and time. I will never suggest anyone. They just steal our money

I was looking for a well educated bride with good values and possibly settled in the states. My matchmaker, Kiran understood the family's preferences, she started shortlisted profiles and sent them to my family. Was blessed and my profile met all the expectations shared by Ramneet's family. Both the family's were happy with each other and based on mutual acceptance we agreed for further communication and meet-ups. Even though it was tough to organize everything in civil times. Even then, during the subsequent meetings, both our families liked each other and decided to fix the roka date.

It's an amazing service. They helped my son to find really good match. We were having trouble finding proper doctor girl for him in Canada. Rishtadepot made journey easier. We now happy. Waheguru. My experience was different from the other reviews here. I met some really nice guys here. Less fboys I would say and less liars. I wouldn't give them a 5 star review. I feel their at 3-4 star. I also feel it really depends on the person. End of the day a matchmaker can't do much other than match.

One suggestion to rishtadepot would be to not be too pushy to go on dates. If the guy isn't 6 foot minimum. I don't care if he's a doctor or millionaire I just won't date him.

I had very bad experience with Rishta depot as I wasted $599 and 4 months. I had one preferences that I mentioned when I made profile with them. In 4 months all I heard from them again and again is “ oh you have to compromise”. My question is if I have to compromise why I am getting service from
you. Even though I talked to their supervisor twice and get reassurance that things will be better next time. Instead of working on customer’s interest all they do is try to give you stress and make you fell that there is something wrong with you.

We paid 500 dollars. They send you pictures of random girls copied from other apps like dilmil, matrimony for 3 months. Just look at link they send you of every girl. it is static page with very less information. 100% fraud. please dont waste money.

Overall I had a good experience. I came close to even marriage. It's just the groom side wasn't veggie and drank a lot of alcohol and my parents really didn't like that. They felt after marriage we would have problems. I am thankful for the opportunity though. I am still on their site and hoping for a better future. I have my figures crossed let's see. Satan waheguru.

As someone who works 70-90hr a week it's hard finding a like minded individual that has the same goals in life. I was trying to find a female companion that was also a doctor. Mainly due to similar work schedules.

Well I renewed my membership after the 1st time not working out with the girl. Met some good girls and currently still seeing the girl I met off this site. Hopefully it leads to marriage. We are taking it slow before introducing each others family. I don't believe in rushing the process. I can't say enough good things about rishtadepot. Honestly, try it at least once and see how it is. I had a better experience than I did with other sites such as shaadi or bumble. I had an okay experience to be honest. My brother got married off this site. But than again he's tall and well educated. I on the other hand found some of the guys to be stuck up. I went on one date and the guy didn't even seem interested. I think this site depends on the person that uses it. You get what you put in .

Rishtadepot.com is running a SCAM; once you pay them, forget about customer service after a month or so. If you try to raise your concern, they will stop picking your calls. We opted to receive their services to find a match for our nephew. We are receiving one profile every week, as they promised, but nobody knows if they are real profiles or they made them up. If someone family looking for a bride or groom, how is it possible to say no, by just looking at a picture, to a well educated and good looking person. I am not sure if they are actually talking to the other family or not. I feel they are just ripping off people as once you pay the fee you have no way to know what exactly they are doing.

My friend was struggling with his bride search and amidst busy job schedule it become hard for him to go for it.
