Absolute garbage service. Spend around 1000 dollars and barely got any good matches. A lot of profiles they have in their system are from expired members who probably are already married/engaged now. After my membership expired for the first time, they convinced me and my family to sign up again as they claimed they have better suitable matches this time around. However once again, outside of one good match, they started to show profiles that did not meet our criteria.

Also when you try to reach out to them, they’re always “busy” and put you on a long hold.

Disappointing service provided by jenia and rishta depot team.

The profiles they send you are 80% fake. Whenever you ask for the update they say the other party is not intrested. This is a big scam which is running from India. They claim to have offices in Us, Uk, Canda and Australia but the truth is their office is located in Mohali, Punjab. They are looting the people by just sending fake profiles. They will show you a profile before registration which will be totally according to your dream partner, but once you pay them the fees then they will say we did not receive any response from the other party. Then the same process will be continue for 5 months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE CHEATERS. I have many evidences of the fake profiles where the picture of the person is same but with the different details.

Do not see 3 or more rating they are fake and just to make money out of person in need , also they share fake profiles and all the associates working in company are trained before ongoing on a call they use false practice to manipulate and their service is also not good they just doing scam works ,,,,these all are Europe muslim profiles if you can check ,, go and check muslim matrimonies they all are there

Customer Service package is not satisfactory. Only sharing profiles and then long waiting for updates is not good. I have to call for updates and then they told that they will call and give updates but it is not happened many times.

I recently signed up their service without doing much research and very disappointed with their service. This is true 95% of their profiles are fake. They just take your money and send you a fake profile each week. They are very sneaky and know their fake game very well. I have US born son working as a software developer and in his mid 20’s but they could not find a single match for him. I tested them many time and showed my interest to their fake profiles but each time they said the other family didn’t like our profile. If you still want their services then ask them to do a monthly installment this way you will test them before loose your entire money. I know $600 is not a big deal but why we should give to cheaters?? I would request NRI families Pls Don’t fund their fake campaign they are sitting in Punjab or Pakistan to cheat us.

They send you fake profiles as a bait to signup. After you signup no response for your emails and totally unprofessional. Don’t fall for fake promises they make
