So far I have had great experience using RisenFX, their Support team is very quick to respond to any questions I might have and my withdrawal get approved quickly as well.

I've used dozens of brokers thru the years, but Risen has a customer for life with me. I have no reason to BS anyone. I have multiple account running very well and profitably with my EAs, and have never had an issue with withdrawals or deposits etc. But the real difference with RIsen is how they handled an issue that I recently had. Somehow someone managed to compromise my email address it appears, and the hacker was able to withdraw $90k from my account. I was watching the acount at the time and saw it right away, put a ticket out to Risen. They jumped in immediately, and first secured my account. Then they got things sorted out for me while they continued to investigate the withdrawal, which was in crypto and I was honestly convinced it was gone. No it wasn't. The very next day, I got a message from them that they were able to call their payment processor, stop and retrieve my $90k. The feeling I got when I read that cannot be explained. I've had many issues with other brokers as I've been doing this for more than 8 years. Most of the time, especially with crypto, there is nothing they can or try to do. But not these guys. To retrieve my funds as they did, and secure my account, they have a customer for life

Do not deposit using crypto. RisenFX just fleeced me out of $500 due to not accepting crypto deposits in a certain way. I sent my crypto via Coinbase (you know, the non-fleecing crypto service). Even if you use the correct QR code and follow all their steps, they just can't seem to accept crypto in any other way. Now $500 can't be retrieved or found on their end...really? That's a scam if I ever seen one. Don't do it. Just keep your money.

been testing them out for a while, customer support is great, they always answer all my questions quickly their trading conditions are also good, withdrawals are processed quick. I can finally say I found my broker!

Sometimes withdrawals are quick. Then other times they take forever. Makes me anxious how inconsistent it is, when they promote “ Instant Withdrawals
Never again worry about waiting hours or even days for your funds”.

Ah, football tonight! Falcons versus Packers kicking off Week 3 already. The rapid pace at which September flees when your world is unraveling? Just mind-blowingly wild (why did you ever trust Risenfx in the first place?) It's all a ruse anyway - simply put: they're complete frauds. And don't even get me started on how they have this sinister habit of locking accounts just as soon as I try to withdraw my balance! Like, it feels like some sort of cruel trickery ('lock 'em out with no way back'). This September madness has left me feeling so utterly helpless. Support vanished into thin air. The minute three-second delay in their chat portal earlier today was the final straw - I felt personally offended. Outrage ensued. In a last-ditch effort to salvage what remained of my savings, I resorted to trying GuerrillaChargeback because there were no other options left at all (and honestly? Surprisingly enough it actually worked). The process was weird and slow but hey, finally got some sort of reprieve. Still though: Idk how I can even function anymore.
