Good order
Everything else in my order was great, but my crackers were placed at the bottom of the box with a heavy bottle on top, which caused many of them to get crushed. It would be wonderful if the packers could place lighter, more fragile items on top in the future.

My experience with Rise Market has always been exceptional. I love how I can take my time filling up the cart and the absolute convenience of receiving the pantry items at home. I highly recommend Rise Market. The team at Rise Market have created an online grocery that makes it easy and affordable to focus on specific foods and buying Canadian. I eat a keto-friendly diet and have found new staples at Rise Market. The selection is curated and strong. I also appreciate their focus on like-minded, ethical producers. One area for improvement in the ordering process relates to selecting items from My Favourites: people purchase more than one item at a time and it is frustrating when the system automatically moves to the Cart after every item add. The experience would be much improved if the system stayed on My Favourites after each item selection and we could choose when to go to Cart or Checkout.

We ordered 2 of each item
We ordered 2 of each item. When the package came there was only 1 of each item. We reached out to the company and they had to look into it. They got back to us couple of days later and said they had found an error on their side so sent us out the other 2 items. We received them within 5 days. However my concern was that the mistake had been made and we had been charged for all items. If I had sent this as a gift I may not have known that items were missing.
