Nice try
Nice try, I guess. Shipping was pretty good. Watch was put together wrong; hands are on the wrong dials. Blue for minutes….or hours….🤔. Wow. Customer service is non-existent.

What a beautiful watch. Even more spectacular in person. Delivery was fast and efficient. I made the order and either the very next day or the following, my watch was packaged and ready for delivery. It took a little longer than I hoped but that was to be expected coming from the UK to the United States. I was just really excited to get it. The watch was presented in a nice hand made looking wooden box. Overall a very good experience

Didn't know it was coming from overseas, so the wait was kind of a bummer. Like the watch. Would like a medal band to go with it.

A great experience all around
The site is easy to navigate, and the selection is broad enough to match different tastes and moods. Considering that the watch came from Great Britain, it arrived to my U.S. address in a timely matter. Best of all, you get a great watch with eye-catching styling and a dependable movement. I’m wearing my Riley “eco-quartz” right now.

It’s been in the US for 3 weeks…
It’s been in the US for 3 weeks according to the Royal Mail tracking and I still haven’t received it yet. I reached out to the company and they ha e yet to reply.

We did reply to your email on the 1st April. On occasion, customs can be extremely bag logged which means processing can take a while. We have no control over the speed that it can take for an order to be released. If you haven’t received your watch by next week then please contact us again and we can help to find a solution.

Hi Stephanie. I’m not sure what the first part is about, as we can’t remove or edit reviews. But just to be clear, all of our watches use 316L stainless steel cases (top grade at price points way higher than ours). And there are no stickers involved. We pad print all of our dials in traditional watchmaking fashion, and hand assemble to order.
I’m wondering if this review was meant to be for another company? The watch you purchased from us, our Bessie, is a hand fitted double chronograph, with a dual layer recessed subdial and a laser engraved caseback. If you could send us a picture of any concerns you have via email, I’d appreciate it, but please be assured that none of what you have mentioned above is accurate for any of our lineup, so I suspect you may have received a different watch here.
