We purchased the Down Alternative Comforter in Queen Size and have enjoyed the warmth and comfort it has provided.

I now have 3 Spa grade bath towels and 2 Spa grade washcloths that are a pleasure to use. I was drawn to Riley by a Wirecutter review that said the towels are plush but don't shed volumes of lint. That was true of the black one. After 3 wash and tumble dry cycles, it stopped shedding and was perfectly absorbent so I bought another in lagoon blue with face cloths to match. Unfortunately, after 10 washings, it's still shedding volumes of lint though less with each washing. I contacted customer service, followed their instructions to remedy the problem without success and let them know. In 3 days, I had a new towel at no cost. I'm waiting to see how this new navy blue towel behaves and am hoping for the best. If it is done shedding in less than 4 washings, like the black one, I'd make this a 5 star rating. Sebastián in customer service was especially helpful and prompt in his communications. Great customer service!

Similar to a few of the other reviewers, I too regret my purchase from Riley Home. I ordered premium, luxury towels at a high price point, and was sent two that had tags on them and were folded in a very nice presentation, and two that were clearly returned: they were a slightly different color, smelled very strongly like someone's fabric softener, had no tags, and were folded sloppily. I reached out to customer service and they requested that I wash them a few times to remove the smell and then I could ship them back and exchange them if I wanted after that. Not exactly the response you expect when paying nearly $100 for a towel. A couple months later, when drying off, the towel ripped right down the middle. Since it was beyond the 60 day period. I was merely offered a $20 off coupon code to remedy the poor quality.

They are expensive, but not a good investment. Don't waste your money on products that the company won't stand behind!

There are certain colors in bed sheets I gravitate toward...blues...grays...dark greens. Unfortunately, they also seem to be the colors of sheets that fade oddly or get weird discoloration or bleachy splotches (with no bleach used). In frustration, I usually end up buying white sheets for a few years,

Well, I bought a percale king set in Cloud (light blue) at Riley Home. I could not resist: great color. Sheets are nice quality. Decent price for "expensive" sheets.

But two of the pillowcases and the fitted sheet only (not the flat sheet) developed stains after a few washings. It's barely been a month since they arrived, so I contacted customer service with photos. They had an interesting "solution" : they sent me a "one time only" replacement of the two pillowcases and the fitted sheet. What does this tell me? They know the sheets have a problem so they replace rather than putting customers and themselves through a return "assessment of your damaged sheets" rigamarole.

I have a grudging respect for Riley Home since they did not waste too much of my time with going back and forth with customer support. Plus, they told me all I need to know about the future with Riley Home: I know to move on from buying sheets at Riley Home because I have no doubt the replacements will soon discolor as well.

I would think twice before trusting Riley Home with an order. When problems arose, support became extremely difficult to reach, repeated attempts to resolve the situation went nowhere, and the refund remained unresolved.

The wider picture raised even more concern: customers have reported delivery, refund and communication problems, while Riley’s own website contains conflicting warranty information, with some products showing five years and its terms stating three. The “60-day, no questions asked” return message also comes with significant conditions in the detailed policy.

For me, the combination of poor support, unresolved refund issues and these inconsistencies is enough to warrant serious caution before paying.

Very disappointing experience with Riley Home. Support was unresponsive, repeated attempts to resolve the issue went nowhere, and the refund was not resolved.

I also found complaints about delayed orders, refunds and communication, plus inconsistent warranty terms on Riley’s own website. Given these issues, I would be very cautious before ordering and would document all return, refund and warranty terms in advance.

I bought 6 towels and a bathrobe from Riley. The bathrobe pills and sheds really badly, and the hem on one of the towels has unraveled. They advertise it as "Gold Standard of Quality"? Not even close.

As a big fan of Riley percale, I experienced my first problem with an order. Karla at customer service immediately acted to correct the situation with clear communication and friendly service.

Riley Home exceeded every expectation. From the moment I placed my order, everything was seamless. The products arrived quickly, were beautifully packaged, and the quality was immediately noticeable. I regret ordering from Riley Home. The quality did not match the premium price, and when I contacted customer support about the issue, getting help was almost impossible. Responses were slow, and no real solution was offered. For a company that markets itself as high-end, I expected much better service and products. I won't be buying from them again.

Bought the linen and it washes very well definitely recommend and will buy in future and received my order very fast, highly recommend.

Terrible quality Do not buy this! I've bought so many white sheet sets and duvet inserts- bought this colored duvet cover, washed it, and now it's different colors throughout. They refuse to do anything because it's "outside of their return window". This is obviously a defect. Don't waste your money!"

Riley home is truly the rolls Royce of bedding and towels. High end quality and truly amazing feel on the skin. Would highly recommend to friends and family
