So fast efficient and reliable. Very neat job

I was a new client. Nick responded straightaway to my request for help, identified what was needed to repair a broken cistern through photos I supplied and quoted on that basis. Within the week the job was done and paid for at the quoted price. Excellent throughout

We had an issue in our flat with our main radiator not turning on at all. After failing to sort the issue we reached out to Nicholas and Right Flow early on Sunday morning. The same hour we heard back from Nicholas and he was able to get us booked in for the very next day. He quickly identified the issue and explained why it had happened just with that radiator.

Great and friendly service, as well as being super informative!

Great plumbers. Very responsive (just text/whatsapp to quickly arrange an appointment) and they showed up right on time. Nick knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem. Payment by card/contactless was easy at the end of the job. Very satisfied, thank you!

First-class Service from beginning to end. Excellent communication, prompt quotation, and a truly amazing standard of work on the finished job. I cannot rate highly enough.

Nick is knowledgeable, delivered confidence in experience and made light work of the task at hand, will be my go-to from now on. Best of all he communicates well which is rare in trades i find!

The jobs were completed in good time and left very tidy
Nick and James were very good at their jobs

Excellent commitment to customer service. Fitted me in at late notice when my central heating pump failed and completed the job cleanly, efficiently and late on a Friday evening! Very impressed. Will definitely be using Nick again.

Nick responded to my enquiry regarding an emergency plumbing job even though he was away from home. When he came to do the job, he was fully prepared for the two issues and got the work done quickly. He tidied and cleaned after finishing, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Nick arrived promtley and on time, he treated my home with the upmost respect. He was clean tidy and most of all very professional. I would highly recommend and would definitely use him again.

Nick was very easy to deal with. Great service when repairing a close couple toilet, that had to be removed from the wall.
Clear estimate provided and work conducted as planned. Very clean and efficient and took time to explain the issue and how to address any furure issues. Would recommend.

Nick identified the issue with the leak from shower handle as caused by the cartridge and booked it for the following sat and sourced a replacement shower cartridge and fitted it within a few days. He kindly returned also as I had some queries on the shower handle thinking it was too tight but it was a misunderstanding from my side

Nick was brilliant. I bought the wrong radiators and he quickly problem
solved and did a large job quickly. Very professional and a great communicator.

Nicholas and James arrived in time and been really helpful with the plumbing issues I have. They are friendly and professional.

Always a great experience, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will always use.

Really nice, easy visit from right flow plumbing. Very clear & patient with someone who knows nothing about this would! Would recommend

Fantastic job by right flow. Nick was transparent, responsive, organised, professional and tidy. And to cap that off the best price. My new go to plumber.

Excellent work completed very quickly. Always polite, clean and tidy.

Nick responded promptly to our enquiry, arrived when he said he would and completed the job with no mess or fuss. This is the second time we’ve used Nick and his pricing is always reasonable. He likes dogs too.

We've used Right Flow twice since moving to Tonbridge and will certainly call Nick whenever we need a plumber in future. He is very reliable and evidently knows exactly what he is doing. He fixed a dripping pipe in a difficult position under the eaves of the house. He came prepared and had it sorted much quicker than I expected.
