Fantastic experience, used rift refunds twice now and had a positive outcomes both times. Only non issue I've had was a delayed payment once but that was nothing in the scheme of things.

Then she came back to me with a figure then that was that
I wasn't asked if I had any other expenses apart from fuel as I didn't have my fuel receipts to hand but the figure is the same most years
She said if I ain't got the receipts for the fuel she can't put them through
