She gave a health challenge for a month which focus on small challenges like drinking 3 litre water, resist sweets for 1 day, eat dinner early which are small things but causing a impact. It feels great being part of such community. People are supportive. Riddhi is so committed and comes with innovative solutions for our issues. I am so grateful to have her as a mentor.

EPH really good school so that we learn how is the parenting that we know but not learn how to implement in our life journey .I am really proud to be a part of student of this EPH .Now I will try or win to become a good mother wife and good social communicator

Really helpful course as a parent we r sometimes very confused what to do and what not to do.This gave me full clarity and confidence to handle.Though I am a doctor and deal daily with so many people and patients but I was very stressed out before taking this course now I am enjoying my journey as a parent .This course is more than the value they charge. I loved the content of course and how she explained every topic. The action steps and role plays really help me to understand deeply. Learning about life coaching has been an enlightening journey for me. Its like a self-therapy session that helped me understand myself as well as equipped me with tools and techniques that I can use to coach others better. And the concepts have been explained so simply by Riddhi Mam which makes the learning all the more fun. She prompts you to take action in the right direction.

I am a part of EPH past 6months and in this time frame I am completely changed personality. What more I can ask for when my child listen to me and I am able to understand the my child better. The journey with Easy Parenting Hub was fabulous in a duration of 3 months. I could control my anxiety and get clarity about the consequences. Anger drain out the energy and makes me feel low. Looking forward for more and more learning. Love love love to all cheerful and learning mothers.

I just loved being a part of Health Challenge… I had started keeping myself hydrated and that is also helping me in dealing with my migraine.. Having early dinner has now become a family habit… thank you Riddhi and EPH Family.

This course on parenting is really a prerequisite nowadays. This course haas covered several topics right from handling a child to handling ourselves and resolving issues by staying calm. I like all the sessions in all the weeks. This has changed the mindset to look at things differently and really enjoyed and grateful to be part of EPH community. More learnings to go.

I joined EPH in june ,after join EPH i am seeing the positive change in me and my relationship with husband and with my kids,
I learnt how to behave with teenager.This is the only community where mothers are improved before kids.

I joined EPH 4 month ago. Already i am seeing the positive change in me and my relationship with kids .
I learnt how to be more spiritual and practical with teenager.Also gave me energy boost when i found out what i was doing and following is not wrong. When none in family supported my thinking.
So its energy boost and positive change where in instead of controling kids and getting them do the right things ...its connecting and make them do with happiness
