Hello everyone, This is Jyoti Prawal , I joined EPH this year January 2026 to learn about Parenting and learned first I have to change be calmer and positive rest every thing will fall in place. In Parenting coach certification I learned dos and don’t , strategy to handle from pregnancy till my kid is adult. Thankyou Riddhi ma’am

The supermom health club mission was amazing. I loved the idea of getting into the habit of hydration, sleep, finishing dinner by 7pm, exercises and other ideas. It has helped me get rid of the stubborn belly fat to a great extent. I am not facing any more acidity and reflux issues. I am going to continue following all these practices.

Mothers are becoming God Concious mothers n improving their mindset spiritually and morally . Children n family relations are improving,mothers self realisation is improvising making them to come out of their resistances by increasing their self awareness.

This is a wonderful platform for not only mothers but also for every child and women. which is providing tremendous support at physical, mental and off course spiritual level. This gives you stability, peace of mind and all life answers. This is the learning of way of living. Absolutely great work by Riddhi Deborah mam. I loved this community, it's a peaceful, loving family.

I have learned what is parenting. I wii help me as a parent and definitely I will help other mothers too. I have experienced lots of change with in me and my child also in the process of changing. I feel happy being a part of this community.
