I m 83 and was a bit concerned about changing my car after 10years but the sales person Geff Cain gave me great service in a friendly manner and sorted a great automatic Suzuki Swift for me, he also did the tax and logbook details which was a creat help. Thank you for making life easy!

Charlie Dobson the sales executive was most helpful, she was patient and kind as i have parkinson's disease.She explained everything and checked for understanding. Charlie took us for a test drive and explained all the controls. She is an exceptional driver. Wonderful lady to deal with. The only negative comment is the car had no charging lead and one had to be ordered. This limits how you charge your vehicle. Del was also informative about other add on warranties'. We found Richmond showroom clean pleasant and comfortable.

Took my Suzuki swace 2021 model to the main dealership in commercial street in totton it was booked in for a 60,000 miles service bearing in mind I’ve got a service payment plan paying £87 on the 1st of each month with bumper payment they weren’t very helpful whatsoever firstly telling me there was no service plan in place also I’ve had the vehicle since September of last year brought it from lesleys in the Isle of Wight so not a happy customer I plan to take this issue to head office yours Neil Wilson
