I booked an appointment with Suzuki Portsmouth after receiving two emails and a letter inviting me to upgrade my car. I attended the appointment in good faith but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Staff were not prepared, communication was poor, and I left feeling that my time had been wasted.

After I posted my original review, I was contacted directly by the dealership and offered a deal in an apparent attempt to resolve the situation. This makes it difficult to understand why they are now claiming my review belongs to another business. They clearly knew who I was and which interaction I was referring to.

Reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences, whether positive or negative. My review relates to my experience with this dealership and I stand by the comments I made.

From the moment Jag recieved my call, he did everything possible. When it came to light that transport was currently difficult a lift to the dealership was offered. Jag was prompt and courteous and very amiable. The test drive went well and the buying process was straight forward. A truly positive experience. I look forward to going back to collect my car.
