I was looking to finally get myself a bigger more practical car, my previous car was a mini! I went to the fareham branch interested in a Suzuki vitara that I saw online. I was greeted straight away by the salesman, very efficient and answered all my questions. I took the car for a test drive & fell in love with it ! The process from start to finish was excellent the team and sales manager were so polite and made me feel very comfortable. I received my new car within 4 days & I am really happy with it. I would highly recommend the team at fareham suzuki & I am over the moon with my purchase thank you 😊

My visit was just amazing met a gentleman called Peter Fowler he was totally amazing took time to explain everything about the process with me and answered all the questions I had with patience and in words that I could understand nothing was any trouble and I would throughly recommend both Richmond and Peter to all my friends ask for Peter if you want 5star customer service

Jag was really pleasant to deal with. He was helpful and did a great job on handover day in the face of adversity. The internet at Richmond Fareham was not working well, so the whole process took rather longer than it should have! I would recommend Richmond Fareham. The only thing I would ask is that they make sure they check ALL key fobs. I went out the morning after buying my car and the key fob wouldn't open the door when I came to return home. Luckily I was only 20 mins away. I had 2 grandchildren with me and had to ask my husband to bring the spare fob. I was then asked to drive to Fareham or Guildford, within a week, for the batteries to be changed. One is 30 miles away and the other 23. We changed the batteries ourselves, but I'm still dubious about trusting the fob so have ended up taking both fobs with me every time I go out.

Richmond went out of their way to find me the car I needed from stock and put together what I thought was a very fair deal and part exchange. On the change over day, Pete Fowler could not have been more helpful in going through all the details and car settings - he was really helpful and patient. I love the new Vitara - it was a great choice and it is great to drive! I would definitely recommend Richmond!

Literally best place for a car this is my 4th car from you guys.

We attended the viewing of a car at Richmond Portsmouth and We were greeted by a very polite gentleman called Pete. He took time to show us around the car and advised us on a test drive.
We purchased a car and Pete took time to tell us all about the process and arrange to deliver the car to my home address.

It's not often you find a used car in the exact model and specification you want. Add in the perfect age, colour and mileage with a local main dealer and the satisfaction level is on a par with a new car purchase.
My recent good fortune continued when I met Peter Fowler at Richmond Cars (Suzuki) in Fareham. The entire process of agreeing a trade-in valuation, a test drive of a Vitara and the subsequent paperwork went like clockwork. Peter's product knowledge answered all my questions and his friendly, professional manner throughout the entire process was first rate - hence my 5-star rating.

I would like to say how helpful and friendly Jag was in finding my perfect Susuki Swift. I only wanted one model and a certain colour! It has taken a few weeks but I finally took delivery of my car today. Jag kept me updated weekly and eventually he found the car I wanted. All the team are very friendly and I would highly recommend the dealership if you are looking to buy a car. Nothing is too much trouble and my Customer Experience has been good.

I just wanted to write to say how fantastic my whole experience was in buying a car at Richmond Motor Group in Newgate Lane, Fareham.
I had visited on two occasions to browse their second hand cars and on the first occasion was met by Sales Executive Jag who politely introduced himself and we chatted. On the second occasion I met Mo who again introduced himself and I ventured further on this occasion as a car was recently in and which I grew interested in as we spoke. He got the keys for me to look around and I agreed a test drive the next day. Both Sales Executives were charming and helpful and I felt under no pressure or obligation and this was really a great experience and refreshing. Well done to them both I thought.
After my test drive, which I was able to do by myself and in which Mo was flexible in my needs I returned with a big grin and started the process of buying the car. Mo was super helpful and explained things. He introduced Sam who I believe was the Sales Manager who went through various options I could purchase with the car (again helpful with no pressure) and we also discussed part exchanging my car - which I did as they gave me a very fair price for it.
A week later their having prepared the car and fixed some small imperfections that I had pointed out, I picked up the car. Mo was not available so it was Will who helped me on this occasion. I had spoken to him over the phone previously and he was again so very helpful and positive and obliging. I was served coffee on all occasions and I felt like I was royalty.
Will spent around 2 hours patiently doing the ‘paperwork’ helping me end tax on one car and start it on the new one. Sort out ownership forms etc and though the gov portal kept failing as it was busy he kept on persevering and even at one point offered a free loan car if it failed to go through online.
They were all amazing. I have never had such fantastic service in purchasing a used car before and I applaud them all. Jag,Mo,Sam and Will ,you all have done your company and the car sales business proud. I’m one very happy customer and I’m happy to shout it from the rooftops.

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with the fareham team. Honestly, the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. They are all very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. I worked mostly with Pete, he was very approachable, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Listened to everything we wanted and delivered well. On the collection day there was a problem with there internet which meant that I was there for longer than expected but another member of staff kindly lent me there car so
I didn’t miss an appointment. I also dealt with Will and felt he was a valuable asset. Oh, and I love the car!

Pete was pleasant and helpful throughout my car purchase. He took note of what I was looking for and suggested other vehicles that were available at other Richmond branches. I expressed an interest in a Kia that was available at their Totton branch and he arranged for it to be brought to Fareham so I could view and test drive it. Nothing was too much trouble and I am very pleased with my new car.

Decided to purchase a used Volvo XC40 for my daughter with a PX on her VW Polo. The online advert was excellent thus we called in to see it in the flesh. Approached by Sales Exec. Peter Fowler, who proved a charming, knowledgeable chap void of the usual pushy sales patter just intent on meeting our needs. During the negotiations, he covered all matters professionally and during the course of some 2 hours calmly answered all of our questions. We were also introduced to Will, Sam and Jaz and others who all represented Richmond at the highest level giving us full confidence in the Company and in the manner that they all worked so well as a team. Still awaiting papers from DVLA to complete a private plate transfer but otherwise, my daughter is driving her dream car and despite the B.O.D taking a bashing, we are all very happy.
