First time purchasing.
OP great customer service!

Having bought 2 new cars every 4 to 8 years (and latterly a longer period over the past 40 years) I have again bought a new car for me and decided to try a Hyundai Hybrid Tucson. On visiting Richmond Portsmouth my salesperson turned out to be a lady called Ms Nicola Pert. Throughout the sale - I am now in possession of the car - she was superb in her front of house skills and at all times provided the greatest amount of help and was ready at all hours to answer my queries. From my extensive experience of interviewing personnel for highly competitive employment over half a century she absolutely shone and stood out as someone - in a previous life - I would have had no hesitation in employing. My tip to Richmond is to put a ball and chain round her ankle so that she can not go somewhere else!

Without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever experienced, my brand new Hyundai Kona has been in three times and their after care is zero, it had to be towed by the RAC today and not one person from the dealership called or email me to ask if I was ok, now Richmond mg is amazing.
The parties who I won't mention know who they are, I really wanted a good experience with them but it's been terrible 😔.

Don't really like shopping but we were shown the car that fitted our requirements. It was what we thought we were looking for and we purchased it.

We had a very impressive experience with Harry who runs a smoothly oiled machine of a service! I’d dreaded the hassle of buying a new used car and put it off but it was plain sailing due to Harry’s experience and his personable customer service - highly recommend.
