Mario in the sales team in Bognor Branch is excellent and was really thorough and helpful throughout the process ensuring we had all the information to make a decision to buy the Tuscon. very unimpressed, delivered car at 10.00hrs for recommended brake adjustment, went to collect at 15.00 and told to come back in 1.5 hrs. Went back and not even started on it.
Poor communication, no service.
