Gawdawful
Massive amount of scrolling needed to simply read half a page or three-quarters page of content due to the bloated ads blocking everything. Gawdawful brits. Their "news" is slanted pro anglo warfare in the first place. And then the ads.....unending ads....chop up the access....
Extremely biased not a news place it's…
Extremely biased not a news place it's rather more like spread russian prop place. I've just listened morning news and escalation war in Ukraine after strike on their territory after Biden allowed. Really? no strikes for 3 years when Ukraine even haven't attacked russia, that's really weird site. I think FBI should check them.
Objective news but over the top adverts
I find their news to be objective, and written well. The usual suspects will claim bias and to be victims of a website in reviews as is normal. To get sympathy and attention.
The downside is advert overuse. I subscribe and I’m ok with some adverts. But the top header scroll banner and in-line adverts in the middle of content is totally unacceptable for subscribers.
Remove those specific adverts for subscribers and you have the right balance. If you don’t, you’ll never build a big subscriber base.
Edit: 5th Dec: I’ve since cancelled my subscription. It’s a barely usable site with the adverts. I seriously regret getting an annual subscription up front.
Ridiculous ads for PAYING customers!
I gave Reuters a try because I don't mind paying £1 to read the news. I read several other newspapers which I also pay for. The thing is, other newspapers don't show massive intrusive and disruptive ads every time you open ANY page on their website. People at Reuters will be very disappointed if they think that users will put up with these kind of illegally annoying ads.
What's more is that despite living in the UK and having selected UK as my topic of interest, I almost exclusively see US news in the app. Reuters isn't what it used to be anymore. It's just cheap AI-generated articles that give you no additional information than the headline.
You will never get anyone to assist…
You will never get anyone to assist you. It took us 4 months to finally have a small business matter straightened out by Thomson Reuters. Sadly, their customer service support is terrible. Don’t waste your time spending money with them. You will not get proper support.
Reuters Proves Greedy As The Rest
Reuters proved to be just as greedy as the worst of news sources, and is changing to a subscription format, lessening trust and increasing frustration among all.
Subscription services makes sense for things like movies, but not for websites where you just want to know what's happening in the world. They have plenty of revenue sources but clearly want more just for the sake of more.
How can they be trusted when monetizing their service; now they will have to cater in some way to making their subscribers happy; what other compromises will inevitably happen after?
And even IF they maintain their integrity; news without forcing opinions, they still have this compromise on their record now.
Time to look elsewhere for the news. At least until AP and others cave in to greed as well, then we will all get our news from TikTok, or word of mouth.
Charging £1 per week! - Good for them in the short term until everyone moves to a better priced news outlet or free one
Received an email saying charging £1 per week shortly.
£4 a month is a bit steep considering Washington Post is £1 per month.
I wouldn't pay £4 a month, but I would pay £1 a month.
Hopefully they will see sense sooner rather than later, before people shift to other media outlets.
they've lost the plot
they now want readers to subscribe, for free, and log in to read their 3 sentence articles. disabled JavaScript and blocked their cookies. wonder why news business is becoming unprofitable? DUH!!!!
Corrupted media outlet
Another western media outlet, pretending to be neutral yet presenting current affairs with the global north's corruption and bias. Spewing distorted information through bias is poor taste. Stop bending to your overlord's whip and report news like you're prolificly boasting you are - stop the lies.
Reuters News is a Fat Fat Lie
Every time lies lies in every word they types and post as NEWS. This website should not be up and running. Their news leads to massive Violence around the world feeding individuals with fat lies. People around the world die when they assimilate the false news from Reuters.

Biased
Biased, leans twords the left. Facebook fact checkers proven in court to be opinions and not facts. Rueters was listed as such.
Reuters has nothing to do with news and…
Reuters has nothing to do with news and journalism. Any reports by Reuters that make it to news outlets taints and distorts any credibility of that service and app. Each and everyday the worthless Reuters reporting shames their integrity.
You're Reading the 'What-to-Think' News Source
There are the remnants of some effort toward presenting stories objectively. I read several news sources and often on the same topic, and have for years. Reuters definitely injects a left-leaning bias in most articles now, where it used to be more centrist. And like *all left-leaning news sites now, has disabled (or never enabled) a comments section on articles. Furthering damage to free-speech and critical thought. Which to me seems telling of its motive: "*we tell you what to think, your discussion is not necessary."
Largest creators of propagandistic…
Largest creators of propagandistic narratives along with AP (Associated Press). From there they tell other news stations around the world what to stay and what not to say. They are like WHO during the plandemic. Stay away if you want to be really informed on what's going on.
Reuters is a globally respected news…
Reuters is a globally respected news agency known for its unbiased reporting. They cover almost every corner of the world, and one must give them credit for that.
I see many other media agencies that choose Reuters as their trustworthy source of news for parts of the world where they don’t have coverage.
So instead of reading news from platforms that have taken the news from Reuters, one should go directly to their platform and get firsthand information.
Fools.
Similar to other Lefty news sites, Reuters blocks reading their articles unless one PAYS. As other Lefty news, they already make money via Ads.
Fools! How? Because anyone can find the same news information on other websites for free. Fools.
Reuters is Highly Biased news. Definitely not reporting.
I just read Reuters article regarding the war against terrorism in Palestine, and found it to be highly biased in favor of the terrorists in a manner that was truly disturbing.
Usually good
Usually good, but occasionally slips moderate left opinions and talking points into pieces that are otherwise framed as objective articles. The sporadic way in which they do so makes it more difficult to detect unless you're paying close attention, which in a way makes it more pernicious: they prime you to accept them as objective and then try to slip something past you. Can't tell if it's confined to just a few reporters or not.
