It was too good to be true. I wish I checked Trustpilot earlier to read all these reviews here. The scenario is always the same. They give you access to track678 only to find out that the t-shirts were shown delivered but NOT actually delivered. You try to contact customer care only to find out that they are willing to repeat the process so you can wait for another 4-6 weeks. Below is a typical email from Customer care:

We know that every order and every package carries the strong expectations and love of customers. Our aim has always been to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience.

As soon as the incident happened, we contacted the logistics company, hoping that the logistics company could make financial compensation so that we can also provide a better balance for customers. The logistics company rejected our claim, so we got nothing.

But we can't let you bear this loss, we are willing to make resend it to you at no extra cost.

1. Will you sign for the second package? Please let us know your idea.

2. If you are unwilling to wait and will refuse the second package, please tell us, we will continue to negotiate other solutions

Looking forward to your quick reply, we will arrange a refund for you immediately after obtaining your consent.

I knew it was a gamble, ordering from this company, as $3 rock tshirts just seemed too good to be true...
I received a tracking number the day after I ordered, which was June 7th, been patiently waiting for this package to arrive, as there were a good 20-30 shirts that I ordered for my store. Waiting and watching the Chinese, hard to understand tracking and low and behold it said delivered to my p.o. box. Was very anxious to see what I received...Well, the joke is on me, because it was a fake diamond ring!!!
Haven't tried to get my money back yet, but something tells me if I do, it's not going to be a fun or easy process

I should just copy and paste every other review here. After 6 weeks it said it was delivered. I had it shipped to my art studio where I basically live. Never got it

Total fraud, tracking website and carrier not existing. They just keep the money and run. They reply as customer service to pretend to be existing but do not even refund.

This is a total scam - I found them via Instagram - BEWARE. If it sounds too good to be true then it usually is. They use a fake tracking company

Site is a fraud, tracking is not functioning, customers service response is useless, they just take the money and don't deliver the goods after 5 weeks, i.e. a textbook scam. Avoid at all costs.

No delivery, false promises and seems to be the norm with this company.

This is when I wish a zero review was possible. Waited seven weeks, then I contacted them. Coincidentally pkg was “delivered” to my mailbox/court yard/ front porch the day before. It wasn’t. They suggest I check with my neighbors! LOL. I demand a refund since product wasn’t received OR send me proof of delivery. Guess what? They can’t. They offered a 50% refund. I said I don’t pay for 50% of nothing. Now they say the pkg was signed for but cannot provide a receipt. At this point I’m just trying to get my moneys worth in entertainment since no product will ever arrive. SCAM. Run far away and fast.

This is 100% scam .
Once you have placed your order and paid. It's over.
You will never receive anything.
I've sent a email to ask about my order. The response was immediately into my spam folder with a warning message that the link was fraudulent.

If I could give zero stars I would! 6 weeks and no delivery! They claim it is delivered with a signature but cannot produce any proof of this. Still chasing for a refund will leave another week and start a fraud claim against them through my cc of no response. They did offer me a 70% refund but why would I take that when I havent received what id paid for! Awful scam company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Im going thru the exact same thing order a month ago, watching the tracking move all over the place sent out to deliver next scan shows delivered and of course nothing came, wrote to company they say the courier delivered and got a signature, but due to computer problems with the logistics company they use the can't proof it, Shocking!!, also said it was not there problem but wanted cust to be happy, i wrote back saying what are you going to do to make it right, or do I have to get a hold of my credit card company and fight with them told them to get back asap, that was 10 mins ago, but reading comment on other site they offered only 50% because the would loose money returning full amount, ain't that a b*tch they will probably pull the same stunt will see. If sounds to good to be true, run!

They claimed my stuff arrived on a national holiday when I was sat outside the whole day. Their tracker is a scam too. Order placed 080623, alleged delivery 120723. Still waiting.

After 6 weeks of waiting I contacted them for a tracking update. Two more weeks of lies and excuses with no actual track and they send emails "dear" blabla I'm not your friend and pretty upset about not getting my order so don't call me dear! Get your ahit together!!! Still no product, starting refund thru my CC

Complete scam. Would give 0 stars if I could. Package never came. Fake tracking site and no way to contact anybody. Going to try going the chargeback route with Capital One.

You have be reported to my credit card company for fraud and denial of charges for products not received. 

I will be send a very detrimental review to the better business bureau and to Facebook.  Also I will make a scathing review on your website.  I hope your fake company gets shut down for false representation.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Never received order. Tracking service used is not efficient. Company will not refund because their tracking says it was delivered. This is the only company I've used that I did not receive my package.

Total scam. Fake tracking. Customer service is non existent- templated responses. Claim logistics co' will not compensate them so they can't compensate the buyer. SCAM
