Good machine, better comms needed
Arrived after nine days, six working days. Unit looks well made and works fine so far, bought the WiFi option. Improvement in communication would help people know a realistic delivery date. I try to support small business whenever possible.

Literally rebranding Pandora box machines and charging much more for them and even not even delivering them.
Just buy one from elsewhere.

Not really. We use our own custom software and our own branded units. You can try and buy from else where but you will find that very difficult

Previously called RetroGamingBox and traded under YELLOWTRADE. Ordered back in 2020 during the pandemic and never received the product. Didn't refund me either despite me asking politely. Was told to go through my bank but YELLOWTRADE had already ceased trading. I got scammed out of £99.99 and there were many other unhappy customers who lost more. AVOID!!!

UPDATE. After a bit of self reflection, I could have left a more constructive review so here it is. Package was delivered in good time minus extra gaming pads which are on route. The only issue I have with this purchase is Customer Service can be a bit more specific regarding timeframes. I've actually tried the console and its really good. Give a small business a chance in these tough times. Cheers.

If you asked for a refund then you would of received exactly that. You either received your order or was refunded.
Don't seem legit
Disappeared for months but now seems to be back, link on the email I received from them redirects from retrogamingbox, postcode matches the one mentioned in the retrogamingbox trustpilot reviews and the details in the email I received match exactly the latest post on the retrogamingbox Facebook page. I'd avoid at all costs, previously they've taken payment for orders that haven't been fulfilled and not answered any enquiries about the missing orders. The websites then disappeared for months.
