Certain of the built in arcade games either don't load or are so slow to play very disappointing

I bought the Retrocade Console Standard Edition in March 2021 but found that one of the games I really wanted to play would not load. I followed the FAQ in the manual for this issue (trying the 9 different emulators) but still couldn't get it to work. Emailed their help page as instructed in the manual but never heard back after two emails. I then initially managed to get a response from someone on their Facebook page, but they never offered any solutions. I even wrote back and asked for guidance about whether it was possible to do a factory reset, and got radio silence. I also wanted to use a joystick, and they did reply to that query saying that if I ordered a Lioncast Fight Stick, it would work with my console. However, when I couldn't get the Lioncast Fight Stick to work, I again wrote asking for help. So far I have received no reply (since April 21 - it's now May 3). I have noticed a couple of other games don't work either, but I haven't even bothered writing to them to ask about them since they haven't resolved my first two requests for help.

Brilliant console and brings back memories from childhood. Hours of fun with my son now.

A bit better communication after I bought the console would have been better but that could just have been due to being busy. Would highly recommend though.

One of the control pads broke after six weeks... Nightmare trying to get hold of them for a replacement one. They said they would but twelve weeks later and still nothing. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Thousands of games to play. Everything from the consoles of my childhood and any arcade game I could think of, more games here than I could ever get through.
The controller can be tricky to get your head around. Understandable since it is trying to be about 20 things at once. It can take some trial & error to figure out what button is what e.g. insert coins on arcade games, or on Commodore 64 games that require you to press Enter or Space bar (you can access a keyboard menu on some consoles). I think picking one console and getting familiar with the controls would be the best approach for users. The initial excitement makes you jump around systems a lot and it can get confusing.

Took over 6 weeks for my ordroid 64 to come due to issues. Emailed a couple times asking when it will arrive got the same answer next week. But when it finally came it is a great console got all old classics which I loved when I was a kid. Couple of issues with the PSP games with the controllers not 100 percent working for the games. Apart from that I would recommend ordering one.

After having purchased the Odroid 64 for more than 3 weeks I am still trying to form a favourite section due to the overwhelming number of games on offer. Slight downside is that some of the Dreamcast and N64 games do not play. Will also need to purchase a SNES, keyboard & N64 controller to get the best out of the system.

Having been after a Retro console for some time it was quite a difficult decision on which one to get. I am not very good on tech so the plug and play option is great. Few teething issues and only a couple of games with issues. On the whole I am massively pleased with it. They have been very helpful on any issues I have had. They are not the quickest to respond to questions but they have always found the answer I need.

The odroid 64 is the best thing I've ever bought. End of. So many hours of fun for the whole family. Don't hesitate or you'll just miss out on something truly special. Get your game on people

A fantastic gaming console! We had to wait a little due to the obvious global circumstances but it was well worth the wait.
Able to revist games from my childhood is great, even getting a sore thumb again from vigorously mashing the d-pad.
Worth every penny!

The first odriod 64 arrived after about 6 weeks. It didn’t power on . They guys were great tried over phone to help me fix it. They promptly sent me another one out the next day and I could be happier

Great communication and highly recommended for anything retro.

Great console, bringing back so many memories from my childhood, from the Atari 2600 and Colecovision all the way through to the N64 and Dreamcast that saw me through my late-teens and early twenties!
Emulation is excellent, the occasional N64 or Dreamcast game has a few bugs or doesn't run perfectly but that's to be expected with such complex emulation, but the majority run perfectly, using Blast Corps on the N64 as an example, no issues at all!
Service was excellent, good communication from Retrocade, the first console they sent was faulty but they had a replacement with me within three days at no charge and even sent it before I had to send the faulty one back, covering the postal charges when I did - great service!
Would highly recommend for anyone with a passion for replaying games they grew up with or anyone younger who wants to discover these retro gems for the first time.
Critique? There are 60,000 games on there so when I boot up the console I spend the first twenty or thirty minutes browsing and torn on what to play!!
