Our advisor Eric Schwartz has done a wonderful job guiding us and following up. We are new to Retirable but so far quite satisfied.

My financial planner was an expert at explaining, and making sure anything I did not understand, was clarified. He was patient and kind and really instilled a sense of trust in me that him, and the company had my best interest in mind.
Both on zoom and multiple phone calls plus emails I felt he was really ‘ taking care of me’ and not just dollars.
After my first zoom meeting I had such an enormous sense of relief going forward in my life, financially.
I have already referred the company to several people and will continue to do so in the future. Great service!

Honestly, it is not the what, as good as I now believe this company is, it is definitely the who that has made my experience with Retirable a great experience. My advisor is Eric Schwartz. From the first contact his approach was open, not at all pushy, approachable and informative. Very different from previous experiences with other companies where I felt I was being handled. He has always explained each step in the process to me, checked to confirm my understanding but never became impatient if I needed something explained more than once and once again for clarity. My doubts and concerns have never been dismissed but taken seriously. This was very evident when we rolled over my 401K. Although this was handled by a company with expertise, I became anxious. All went smoothly. Nevertheless, Eric made sure he was present during the process. He has continued in this fashion to date. The peace of mind that I have gained and a clear picture of my financial outlook are invaluable to me.

Moving a 401(k) by yourself can be very hard when you don't understand the process. The Retirable team made it very easy. I wish I had met them a few years ago when I attempted to transition my 401(k) to a simpler plan. Now that it is done I am extremely happy.

Nick, my advisor, taught me to think ‘make your money work for you.’ Maybe that is obvious to many. To me it was a new perspective. Nick’s sharing this perspective, the time and attention he took to help me understand the process, all went a long way to helping me feel as safe as it is possible to feel in this oh so volatile world.
