Shipping times while long are labeled in their policies as such. I've ordered several times from "RP" and the quality continues to be worth the wait. Any time I've had issues with wait times outside of the timeline they've always offered either a swap for an item in stock or a credit for my patience. Recent drops have switched to Canadian production really helping the wait times. I found out about RP because of Shan and have supported them ever since

TERRIBLE f-ing company. It’s run by a bunch of 20-year old dudes on tren. Ordered a TSHIRT 6 months ago, nothing. Reaching out to “customer service” probably 15 times, bullshit excuses and arrogant comments towards me.
Finally got a dm from “Chris the athlete manager” about a month ago; told me my stuff would get to me soon, still nothing.
Just a bunch of money hungry dudes who make crappy clothes and don’t care about customers whatsoever.

Want to pay large shipping prices only for it to take AT LEAST 2 months? Then look no further, this is the company for you!
By the way that is at least. There is plenty of people that have to wait 6+ months. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered two tee shirts over 6 months ago and still have not heard a word. I have reached out multiple times and have not gotten a response on any of them. Do not order anything from this company.

its been 4 months since i ordered some stuff from here and nothing has delivered. Ridiculous.

The first time I ordered retaliation project the shipping came in pretty fast. The second time I ordered well I haven’t received the item that I ordered and emailed the company so many times that the typical response will always be “Hey There,

We are extremely sorry for the long wait time and are working diligently to get these items to you! We assure you we will work to get this out promptly!” I don’t know what happened to the company and idk if they switched departments but it’s clear that they make customers wait for a really long time for their orders some are received and some are not. Just dont recommend buying this brand unless they start improving on the way they ship their items 1/10

Hvis i gerne vil vente på jeres pakker i over 6 måneder og opleve den værste kunde service nogensinde så er i det rette sted. Har endnu ikke modtaget mine sweatpants jeg bestilte starten af året. Spar jeres penge og tid og ik køb deres bras og hvis i tror i får de varer i bestiller så nej det er modbydeligt kvalitet. Completely useless company, i’ve waited for over 6 months for some sweatpants, when i wrote to customer support all they gave me was an arrogant answer. Stay away from this horrific company

I ordered clothes 4 months ago and have yet to receive anything. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response whatsoever. It feels like I’ve been scammed. If I could report them, I would. this site should be taken down.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Extremely long wait time, I’m talking about half a year. Not worth the wait at all. Will never order from here again, do not support this product.

I was really disappointed with Retaliationproject. The clothes are way overpriced for the terrible quality—they shrank and faded after one wash! Sizing is completely off too, despite following their size chart.

Customer service? Pretty much non-existent. Took forever to get a response, and they made returns super difficult. Plus, shipping was super slow with no updates.

Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else. Definitely not worth it.

Order 2 hoodies, 1 arrived but 2 sizes too small and took 25 weeks to show and they won’t do anything about it. Still waiting for other hoodie….

I like the design of the zodd hoodie but for almost a hundred dollars it's not as good quality as I thought it would be. Not really heavy weight, doesn't have a warm lining on the inside it feels like I bought it off shein... shipping wasn't too bad, I ordered in June and received it in September, there was no customs as I ordered from Canada which was good... I just wish it was a little better quality especially for the price and time...

Ive ordered a hoodie on the 20th of April and until now, I still have not received it. I emailed about 5 times inquiring updates of the product but the only answer I receive is "...still in production."

If you the patience of saint or have all the time in the world to wait on a single item. Then by all means purchase items from this place. Other than that do not waste your valuable time and money.

Bought some shirts and hoodies back in May, and today being September 15th I haven’t received anything, nor any other new of my product. I try contacting them and they give just excuses saying “my products are being produced” don’t waste your money and time on this store

Funny enough I ordered from them around the same time as their competitors one from YoungLa and another small order from Anomaly and from Gymshark because I was looking for a gym clothing haul. Oh boy Retaliation I first heard from TikTok and was quite intrigued to see their shop had pretty cool stuff and so I ordered a pump cover and a sweatshirt. That was July 20,2024. As of writing this it is September 3,2024 and yet to receive me items. The quality better be godlike to even hope that they even remotely get a 2/5 score but as now they stand at 1/5.

I ordered a hoodie and a sweetpant which i ordered on 15 April 2024, The clothes are amazing and i really loved it but the shipping oh my god. I got my stuff last week so almost 20 August 2024. So over 4 months shipping, this just takes so long. I would recommend if you bought many items but if you don't and the shipping is so long i would't recommend it.

U wait 6 months for some gildan hoodie bs and and they have the customer service of a brick wall

Honestly they actually ship your stuff but it takes super long and that’s one of the biggest downsides. I ordered around june and my order just got here august. That’s around like what 2 months. But I like the shirt, feels nice but I don’t have the time and patience to be waiting for just one shirt.
