Six months after purchase, I finally received my order after emailing them back and forth. Customer service is bad enough, but what I received... I didn't even get the design i ordered (half a year ago). Cost me over $100 in total for thin, CHEAP material smelling like a chemistry lab even after laundry. NOT the same as pictures. And since customer service is so trash I have given up on contacting them. Scam. Don't bother with this company. What they are doing is basically fraud

If I could give -5 I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Thats all I can say at this point. Ordered 3 Compression shirts for somebody I was seeing at the time in October 2024. I have emailed them almost 5 different times. Their shipping policy says “Made to order” items can take up to 17 weeks in their PREVIOUS policy (Jan2024-Sep2024) not even where my order falls into. Their current policy is a month and 1 week, but yet I still dont have my order. What a joke is all I can say. Also no refund policy, I have asked them several times due to the fact that I have not recieved my order but “Sales are final!”. I’m honestly so disappointed and mad because how am I waiting 4 months for 3 T-Shirts? Do not list an item you are unable to provide, as simple as that.

If I could give less than one star, I would!!! I placed an order in February 2024 for 3 shirts. I did not get the shipment for 8 months and it only included 2 of the 3 shirts. It is now almost February 2025 and I am still waiting on the 3rd shirt. Every time I reach out the customer service, I get the same response..."We are experiencing some issues internally but we are working on getting your order to you as fast as possible"
This is unacceptable! What a complete disappointment! I purchased the shirts because they looked great, but I will NEVER order from them again

Spent $100 on tshirts because they looked cool and thought connor and crew were legit, but turned out to be the biggest scam fs….order in october of 2024 and there’s no update on where it is or whether its gonna be delivered or not

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered 2 hoodies in September 2024, still haven't received them. Constant excuses, no answers. Out $175 for nothing. Do not buy from this company. Total scam.

I was nervous because people were complaining about shipping, but their on-hand section shipped within 4-5 days, so it seems like only specific styles take more than others

Okay so I've got stuff twice from this company first time it was a little late and this time it's a little late again I got my clothes beside my t-shirt right now and I didn't get the email besides that the clothes are good quality in my opinion and the shipping is really long so if you really like the clothes and are willing to wait then I would say go off it.

My Girlfriend wanted to buy me a hoodie of this website as a present for my birthday.
My birthday was in july.
My girlfriend made the order in june.
We've been waiting for a total of 31 weeks (about 7 months).
My girlfriend wants to cancel the order and get her money back, because the product hasn't even been sent yet...
On the website is a note, that if the package gets lost after they've sent it, they won't take any liability...
Sooo, after 7 Months they still must take responsibility over that order, but they don't

Very good experience! Got the wrong item in first order but they shipped to me the correct items again for free. So I got the first item as extra for free🥰. In addition, they put the logo stickers and key chains.

They made me wait 7 months for the delivery that I paid $35
It was sent in a black plastic bag (like those you get when you order from Ali express) I had paid $185 for my order. I will never buy anything from them again!
The quality of the product is poor and the label of the interior has been cut, made in Bengaladesh. I think they buy them on Aliexpress and then they print their logos on them.

Ordered 2 items beginning of August 2024. After very broad and basic responses, we finally got the hoodie delivered (very delayed), and were happy with that (good quality and sizing) however still ongoing, and its now January, I have been waiting and emailing for the pants, which are now at 24 weeks later and still no sign of when they will be delivered. Get your operations shit together or don't be a product service Retaliation Project! Its the slowest and most uncaring service I have ever experienced. I have now asked for my money back, because this is a breach of Sales agreement and unacceptable

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They failed to deliver the product I ordered and have done nothing but offer empty promises to appease me. Despite repeated requests, they have outright refused to refund my money.

This is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud. I will not let this go unnoticed and will pursue this case on all levels until I receive my money back. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company to avoid a similar experience.

Terrible company. Placed an order over 3 months ago and all they say is there is a delay. Please don’t waste your money. I’m now going to contact my bank for a refund as the company clearly is a scam!

Edit: After three days of waiting, customer support gave me a reply. My refund is now underway so I feel like a change of my review is due. They do take a while though, and I still feel like it wasn‘t necessary for me to go through half a year of back and forth of them telling me my order will be shipped soon, only to reveal that it can’t be shipped after all. Below is my original review.

All the other commenters suffered the same fate I did. I made an order for five pieces of clothing and only four of them arrived. I ordered in May of 2024 and am still waiting for the remaning one. Customer Service is bad, they don‘t tell you anything of what‘s going on, only "yeah we‘ll get it done soon". Only it never gets done. I have asked for a refund but I don‘t think I will get it.

Would rate lower if I could maybe 1/10th of a star if that. Ordered two hoodies in July still waiting to this day. Unacceptable especially since they have gone way over the estimated time to ship. I think everyone who has been wronged by this company should start a class action.....

Scam company, you WILL NOT receive your purchases. If you question them they will just tell you they are working on it.

Decent quality for the price for my hoodie, good proportions for an oversized fit. Tshirt is awesome and I would definitely buy more.
