THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!

I needed new retainers, long story short, I made my impression and got them delivered back to me. When I tried them on, they were too tight. I told them that if I could use the extra putty they sent in the kit to make new ones, and if they could make them again for me. They then told me to send a video so they could review it, and I told them they won't be able to tell in the video. anyway sent the video, and they proceeded to say, " we can see the retainer fits well and is seated well"...... no, it doesn't, it was too tight, but they clearly DID NOT care, I replied and was ignored. NEVER purchase from them. I wasted my money, and they don't care about you; they are only in it for the money. You're better off going to your local or closest orthodontist and getting them made. Honestly disgusting and so unprofessional. They will take your money and ngaf. scammers. DO NOT buy from them, or trust them with your teeth.

Had to get a new bottom retainer due to breaking my old one from the orthodontist and honest can’t recommend this company enough sorted it within days. Very grateful and much cheaper than the dentist and same perfect quality. Thank you so much

Very quick service! Was able to pick up my retainers within 2 days, Mateo was really informative and made sure I knew all the relative information when picking them up. Retainers are amazing quality and even comes with a durable case. Customer service via WhatsApp was incredibly quick and helpful. Definitely would recommend! 😊

I've ordered retainers from Retainer Express on a couple of occasions. In both instances the ordering process has been smooth, the retainers well made, and the shipping quick.

I needed new retainers and my usual dentist supplier was around £220 for upper and lower. Did not know what to expect using Retainer Xpress, but for over 1/2 the price cheaper I was willing to give it a go. Super fast delivery of the kit to make my own impression and while it was a bit tricky to complete, the service and communication was spot on. I sent back the moulds using the prenpaid envelope. I received my new retainers 4 days after I sent off the moulds!! Super quick, great service highly recommended.

VERY expensive mistake using these guys, the retainers have not held the teeth in place so they have moved considerably. Gutted having spent thousands on having them moved!
My advice is go straight to the dentist and get retainers there.
They are cheap for a reason!!

I have messaged many times and i have been refused replacement aligners unless i pay in full again so there caring and altristic sounding message is poppycock.
It should read please contact our team and we will happily ignore you!!

Super quick service , great communication and the retainers fit perfectly no discomfort whatsoever.

I ordered an Upper and Lower Retainer Kit Feb 2024, and was impressed that I could order the additional thickness, from 1mm to 1.5mm. I can grind my teeth so this helps my retainers last longer. I’ve been wearing retainers for ten years and only this thickness has made my retainers last more than 2 years. The only reason I’m ordering a new pair is because I’m getting my permanent retainer removed so I want a new set to fit properly. The price is very good so I don’t need to consider delaying getting a new retainer.

Waste of money. Ordered two sets of retainers, they arrived much later than expected and then when they arrived they did not fit. They were far too loose and wouldn’t stay on my teeth, I contacted them to get them replaced. I sent them back and they were adjusted so that one fitted very tightly and the other a bit loose. But the second set was still far too loose and wouldn’t fit on my teeth. I really don’t understand how they are all different sizes, I have contacted retainer express on 3 occasions to try and ask for a new set however have not got a response. Really poor service.

Really good experience. Arrived ina couple of days, very straight forward to get the moulds done to your teeth. Then send them off and within a couple of days the new retainers arrived. They aren't as super snug- super difficult to remove from your teeth, but that isn't a bad thing! They will still do the job. And cheaper than going to the orthodontist!

Unfortunately had a bad experience with these guys. Big delay in replies and replies avoided answering direct questions I was asking. In the end they entirely ignored messages from me forcing me to wing it and hope for the best. This resulted in me getting a poor impression of my upper teeth to which they offer no refund or readjustment because the 14 day window had passed - which only passed because I did not receive a response from them to my original question. Definitely better and more reliable options elsewhere

After reading reviews it looks like they try rip a lot of costumers off. Due to finding my old retainers, I no longer needed to be sent a new pair and requested a refund. They hadn’t sent a new pair out yet anyways as I hadn’t kept my old molds. Since requesting a refund, nearly a month ago, they ignored all my messages, calls, and emails. After going through the bank, they finally sent me my refund. However, they sent 10 pound less than what it should have been. I don’t know why they have to be awkward and waste my time when I need the money. After messaging them and calling them about the 10 pound they’re still ignoring me.

Why can you reply to my review and not my messages, I have called numerous times and they have not been answerd! So I’ve left voice messages and still no call back. And £10 for a label which wasn’t needed as I diddnt have the moulds?

Amazing I previously ruined my orthodontist retainers and didn’t want to splurge the same amount that they charged so I tried this website as I already had my own moulds. So easy and so fast and they fit my teeth perfectly and are just as perfect as my orthodontist retainers. Thank you!

I purchased the 2x Sets of retainers and collected the same day. I had issues due to my wide jaw but the dentist was able to accommodate for this and after a couple hours my retainers were ready for collection, I travelled from birmingham and had no issues with parking(Westfield car park C)

I’ve had an awful experience with this company. And their customer service team just ignore you when you try to seek a resolution. Very unprofessional.

They sent me two sets of retainers that did not fit properly, and when I tried to remove them, they caused damage to my gums.

I contacted customer service and politely requested a refund, as I didn’t feel comfortable ordering another replacement. Their team asked me to provide videos as evidence, which I sent promptly. Since then, I have been completely ignored for over a month.

I’ve received no response, no refund, and no resolution despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

Do NOT order from this company. It’s not worth risking damage to your teeth and gums, and based on my experience, you won’t receive a refund or a properly fitting replacement if something goes wrong! I am now over £100 down.

I will be contacting citizens advice who will hopefully report this to trading standards as I have all of the communications, or lack thereof, documented.

Would definitely recommend. Extremely quick service and a lot cheaper than others on the market, they also offer student discount. Quick, efficient and reliable. Will use again!

Was in need of emergency retainers and received these in under 2 days from ordering. Amazing quality retainers and more than half the price from my local dentist wish I had found these guys before excellent service.
