I had difficuties with payment because I am Belgian and live in Portugal. I still use a Belgian creditcard and this didn’t connect with my Portugese address. Help from retaica send me a link to help me. It would cost me nothing. Now I see I have to pay 1 dollar and I will have to pay 45 dollar a month.

It took over a month to receive my package and I had to check in with customer service twice. Love the tops, but disappointed it took so long.

I was anxiously awaiting for my bathing suit order to come in because it took a month for it to arrive. Imagine my sadness when I saw that I was sent the incorrect item. I immediately contacted the company to start a return and was offered $15. I explained that my order was over $80. I was subsequently offered $25 then $40 when I kept asking for a return. I was told that it wouldn't be worth it to return my order since it has to go to Dubai. Retaica does not stand behind their products and do not correct errors on their part. I would NEVER order from this company again.

The shirt and bathing suit I ordered fit perfect. My order came within two weeks.

The only complaints I have are; one of the shirts I ordered is a bit tight even though according to your size chart it shouldn’t be. I typically order a size larger for that reason. Your orders do arrive in a somewhat timely manner. Your tracking makes it difficult to see when it will arrive

Took a long time to deliver. The blouses run a little small so size up if in doubt. But everything is nice

I get very upset when I read unfavorable reviews about Retaica! I have ordered at LEAST 15 tops from Retaica and I have been thrilled with ALL of them! Once a top I ordered was too big and they told me to keep it and sent me the smaller size at no charge! The tops are all as vibrant in colors as they appear on the website, and they wash beautifully. I love all the tops I have purchased from Retaica!

Quality top was cheap but for the rest it fit just perfectly and delivery was quick even though we’re from Canada

Total ripoff! I ordered a dress that did not fit and customer service told me I could not return it unless it was damaged! The company would give me $7 in credit! Like I would ever buy anything from them again. Save your money. Did not order from this company.

This company aka Stylesock for menswear is a total rip off and pain in the ass to deal with their "customer service".
I ordered a button down in a 48" chest xxl and when it finally did arrive got a 42" small. Upon emailing them asking for my shipping label to return they, after 2 weeks of correspondence, tell me to keep wrong item and they will refund me $40. Oh hell no. I filed with PayPal to get my full $65 back.

User friendly. Easy to order and I love the items I purchased. Definitely will be purchasing from Retaica again.

I am very pleased with the dress I bought from Retaica. It's the Blue Side Pocket Print Midi Dress, Medium size and it fit perfectly, I'm 5'4, 123 lbs. That was the first time ever I purchased clothes on Internet and I'll be ordering again with Retaica.

I like the uniqueness of the Retaica designs. They are fun, femine and varied. The only concern I had on this shipment was the Green print top. I wore twice over the holiday season and the edging is fraying a bit. It is in the laundry, but I suspect even on a gentle cycle the silver border will continue to unravel.

Everything was great except the shipping Took almost 8 weeks

I have ordered from here in the past and have been happy with the quality of the product. Was a bit confused by my last order which was directly with Retaica, but the charge was from another company and order was shipped from out of country via DHL. I was under the impression that these items were made in Indiana?
