Paid for a package for laser hair…
Paid for a package for laser hair removal for my forehead as my hair had started to grow unevenly and between my hairline and eyebrows. After 1-2 sessions, I had a clearly noticeable bald spot in my hairline the size of a $2 coin, where the clinician had assured me was being effectively blocked off from being targeted. It took months to regrow, and I forfeited the rest of my package sessions because I no longer trusted the branch to do it properly. I was not offered a refund at all, or any sort of apology, just shrugs by staff. Won't be back

Poor Customer Service, from Management- Head Office
I recently purchased a series of treatments as I usually do. Unfortunately, I experienced four consecutive cancellations. The first three were due to the clinician falling ill, which is understandable. However, I was surprised that there was no backup plan in place for such situations, especially in a client-facing business based in North Sydney.
On the third cancellation, I arrived at the clinic only to find a sign saying it was closed. When I called the main switch line, the lady I spoke to was polite and assured me that someone would be available for my treatment on Wednesday. However, on Wednesday morning, I received a call informing me that the machine was broken. The response I received was the same rehearsed apology, which felt insincere.
I was promised a call from the manager, but it never came. When I called back and asked to speak to the manager, the person who answered claimed that they had tried to call me the day before, which was clearly untrue as I had no missed calls or messages. Eventually, I was able to speak to the manager (Jules), whose response was also lacking in understanding of my situation.
Given my limited availability during my lunch hour and the inconvenience caused by the cancellations, the manager suggested that I visit the city store instead of the North Sydney clinic. This suggestion was not ideal, due to caring for a family member. Which I had mentioned several times.
I understand the challenges of working with difficult clients, but in your industry client service is crucial. With an aloof and dismissive reaction from your manager, I will not return after using my treatment. I will discourage others from purchasing treatments due to poor staff behavior, offering store credit.

I paid for a treatment and did not…
I paid for a treatment and did not receive full service. I paid for the “Injectables Skin Care Micro Facial”. I did not receive the scalp massage or the Hylafil Line Eraser. I told the lady who was giving me the treatment that I thought these two were also included but I was made to feel that I was mis-remembering. As I walked away from the clinic I checked online because I was sure that I had paid for this treatment which included the scalp massage and eye treatment. Sure enough, I was right. I went back and told the clinician who said that she was not trained to perform these treatments. This is not the customers fault…why was I not informed that I would not be receiving the full treatment I paid for?? I should be given a refund. This was not even offered to me. If I had known that I would not be receiving what I paid for, I would have picked a different treatment.

Charged separately
I was told in my first laser session that I could swap out the underarms in my package for my face. However in my 2nd session, AFTER getting my face done, I was told I can’t do that and I was charged separately for my face? She explained the reasoning for this and if I am unable to swap things out within a package that is fine, but I was not told this prior to getting it done and forced to pay after the session.
Besides this issue the staff has been very nice and professional, laser has been working great for me personally and the store is very clean.
