I'd avoid RestartNow
I'd avoid RestartNow. In our experience they lack the basic ethics to make doing business with them safe, and here is exactly why:
They approached us and signed up for our service, then asked for a refund after using it. We don't offer refunds, but we gave them one in full as a one time courtesy and told them plainly, in writing, not to expect a second one. Four days later they came back, bought the same service again, said they wanted to check it against their use case, and used it without hitting a single issue. Then they asked for another refund. We declined, which is precisely what we had told them we would do.
Their response was to go after us publicly, claiming we were hostile, unethical, and breaking the law. None of it survives contact with what actually happened. We did everything we said we would, including the part they did not care for.
If you are weighing a relationship with them, know that this is how they treat a counterparty who holds a clear line. When they do not get the outcome they want regardless of what was agreed, they come after your reputation. The facts kept us fine. You may just not want the headache.
