We were kept aware of what was happening at each stage of the procedure having had all of our questions answered in language that was easy to understand and follow. At no time were we pressurised into making any decisions, in fact the full explanations helped us to make up our minds quickly. From start to finish our equity release enquiries went very smoothly, Susan our FA was very knowledgeable about the subject, and helped us through the whole process start to finish. She just extruded calmness, professionalism and humour throughout the entire long drawn process, was very easy to talk to and with.
