When I signed up I asked would my tax debt be able to be forgiven and Collin guaranteed me it would due to my income and dependents. 2 months later and $495 all that was done was me placed on a non collectible status. I had a manager call me because all neomy cared about was arguing with me instead of helping resolve my issue. When the supervisor called me she was supposed to review my intake call but supposedly it’s done by a 3rd party and don’t have access to the call. I paid all that money to be placed out of collections but still owe the money. What a joke. What a scam. What I paid for is not what I received and no one cares.

Had numerous tax offers from different professionals, but Adam from Resoly reached out and had a great “buddy” approach. Felt very confident and I was right he was in constant contact the whole time and did everything he said he would do.

If I could rate this company in the negatives, I would. DO NOT believe anything these people tell you. They are scammers and just want to take your money and make you believe that they are actually helping you with tax debt. They will be nice and accommodating as long as you sign their contracts but the moment you start feeling something is off, they will treat you poorly and not answer your phone calls. I’m still waiting to get my refund and have to keep calling to ask about it. I just spoke with JANESSA CARTER to inquire about my refund and she wanted to play word games with me and give me attitude. I asked her for her supervisor’s (EDGAR) number and she first said that it’s the same number I called him on and I told her I didn’t have it saved. Then she said it’s a 213 area code and I told her that wasn’t helpful and I need the full number. She wouldn’t give it to me and then hung up the phone when I got irritated with her games. When they told me how much I owed the IRS after doing their “tax investigations” (outrageous amount) I decided to go to my local CPA and found out I only owe a third of what they told me. Their investigations also didn’t even pick up one of the tax years I didn’t file. It is super inaccurate and they will make all kinds of excuses for their lack of legitimacy. Please don’t believe any of these reviews as you can see there are no bad reviews. Check the Better Business Bureau, that’s legitimate. Whatever you do, DO NOT sign the contract and DO NOT pay for the tax investigation.
