Im still deciding on floor colours but Forbo is currently impressing me. They provided several samples on request and their information site is very helpful.

What a surpise
So the tile colours were not what I expected from the website but it was a pleasant surprise to get the tile samples as full size, thank you, it's always been a bug bear with me that you get given a sliver of a sample and you're supposed to make a decision based on that. All in all, I am going to order the flooring from one of the samples and very happy.

IMPORTANT WARNING! Forbo Flooring: Beautiful, but Unfortunately Problematic to Install
Forbo flooring is aesthetically very beautiful, there is no doubt about that. Unfortunately, typical installation problems spoil the sleek look. Unfortunately, there is no warning about this in advance.
After installation in my home, I encountered two major, disappointing problems that Forbo itself confirms are “correct” or “unavoidable”:
1. Extreme and Unavoidable Height Differences althoug we used leveling mortar.
If you want to connect a Forbo floor to an existing floor, be prepared for significant height differences. Two floors that were originally perfectly level now show a height difference of 2 mm to as much as 14 mm after the Forbo floor was installed!
Forbo confirmed: “Unfortunately, there is no other option.” This is unacceptable for a professional product and ruins the entire look.
Conclusion:
The basic appearance is excellent, but the practical implementation and connection options are substandard. If you expect a seamless, even connection between different floor types, or a sleek finish as shown in the photographs, then definitely do not choose this product. You are purchasing beauty with built-in frustration.
