Jake was incredibly patient with me

Jake was incredibly patient with me. I am def in one ear and I have chemo brain, so it takes me a little longer to process than others. I asked him to talk slowly. He did with kindness. I started just booking 1 flight. Then desided to book a second. Jake was super helpful and looked at multiple days for a low price for me.
He deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. We called with a problem the lady spoke over us, wouldn’t let us speak and said they can’t help.

Booked a 2 rooms through this joke of a…

Booked a 2 rooms through this joke of a place. They told us the hotel had a swimming pool and kitchenette when we arrived all it had was a horrible smell of meth and weed. I am a recovering drug addict so I know what it smells like. We stayed one night and call this booking company and they told us to check out and they would refund us and find us another place. 3 hours later I called back and was told that they weren't going to refund us or help us book another place. This place is a joke I wouldn't recommend using this company for anything. I am having a police escort back to the hotel and try and get my money back that way. Or hopefully have the hotel shut down.

appalling customer service

appalling customer service . I have now emailed a total of five times with no response hence this review as I may get a reply here . I booked a HIE , the price advertised (and that I authorised) was £39 , when I checked my bank £56 was taken . Despite immediately emailing them , over 2 weeks ago I have not had any reply at all .
Email sent 7/7:
I have just booked this online - the price advertised was £39 . I have checked my bank and you have charged me £56.84 . I booked on the basis it was £39 and when I pressed confirm nothing came up to tell me of this price increase or any additional charges .

Can you please clarify as this is clearly misleading advertising . I note you state there are extras , this is a disgusting way to advertise and there is nothing indicating additional charges are being applied when “confirm booking” screen appears . I would be grateful if you could refund me the difference in the price I paid to the price advertised .

I have already “reached out” to you via email six times yet you don’t respond . I am not wasting further money by calling you on an international number 🙄
I included all the details on those emails , maybe if you replied to those then you can resolve the issue . As stated it’s appalling customer service , you posting a generic reply in order to look as if you address issues doesn’t change the fact you are using deceptive tactics to con people out of their money .

Got scammed

Got scammed. Price on website €280 when i booked my credit card was charged $462. The extra was a booking fee which was never mentioned.
