Excellent service from the initial call to request urgent assistance with a water leak to the response time and works being carried out next day. Rescue Rod helped us out hugely by emptying our tank very quickly , when we had a problem with excessive rainwater - and they gave us good advice on how to cope with the unusual weather conditions
