The support team really know what they're talking about. They understood perfectly what I was trying to communicate even though english is not my first language and for the same reason, were able to resolve the issues I was having understanding the way Repricer events work. Highly recomend!

Repricer, product costing and business information in one package.
We are trialling Repricer and will be subscribing when our trial period runs out at the end of this week. We have used other repricers (Bqool and M2E) but neither come anywhere close to the functionality of Repricer. In addition to comprehensive repricing you are getting a product costing tool and a pretty good Business Information System. I could detail at length where Repricer scores over the opposition (and I expect to find more in the coming weeks) but for now I'm satisfied that our business can't do without it.

Second to none service, helpful responsive and available the drop of a hat.
I paid x 10 for FV and had an account manger call once a month, wish I knew about Repricer sooner

More expensive than the others & not as good
Not only is it much more expensive than its alternatives, it will let your competitor reprice faster than you. They tried to tell me it was instant pricing, but it simply wasn't.

Hi Oome, WE've requested some confirmation of your account from you which we haven't gotten yet. I've been looking for your account so I can get a bit of a background on the issue you are reporting. We don't claim to be the cheapest repricer. We charge a fair price for what we think is a great service packed with features that is more than just simple price adjustments. We use Amazon API as does every other repricer and occasionally Amazon may have their own technical issues if you are staying within the limits and guidelines they set out.

I had an issue where my max price overtook my entire price on Amazon, therefore making the products inactive.. I jumped on chat and the rep told me where I went wrong and now the sales are coming in. great product! Im only on the trial period but Im already a believer.

I contacted Repricer about an issue I was having with linking it to my Walmart Seller Account. Anna promptly made short work of the problem. She was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. She resolved my issue and had me up and running in no time. I'm very satisfied and as a result would wholeheartedly recommend Repricer without hesitation.
