Superb service! sent in my daughters Galaxy A15 as the touch screen was completely unresponsive even after reboot. Repaired and returned fully working within a week (more than happy with this given all the Christmas mail issues!). great value, great service. You have my business forevermore, and I will highly recommend to anyone else.

It makes a change to find a phone repair shop which doesn't rip you off! Hameed was very honest when he said my screen wasn't broken and did a great job replacing my protective bit of glass over my screen. Or something like that! And I got money back! For his honesty, helpfulness and speed of service, I recommend him to all!

Fast repair service and good communication

This is the second time I have used this service and they deliver a very quick turn around of screen repair and return at a very cost effective price. Unfortunately second time round, and due to no fault of their own, the return parcel got lost in the post using their courier service, Royal Mail. Royal Mail, the culprits on a few levels, advised to get in touch with the service provider. Now, things happen and I am inclined to judge more on how issues are handled rather than the issue itself. I was over the moon with the lengths they went to, to rectify the problem and deliver outstanding customer service. They communicated very effectively and quickly and were incredibly apologetic about the mishandling. They set up a lost enquiry immediately and took full accountability for the missing item, offering to give me the Royal Mail compensation and full refund if item didn't show up in the post. Low and behold, the phone turned up however with a £3.50 handling charge. I was reimbursed this very quickly alongside extra to compensate for the inconvenience. I can't fault them. They handle all my problems and issues with empathy, sensitivity and great understanding and excelled in customer service. Super, super friendly and I will be using them again in future and recommending to friends and family.

My phone'a screen was nearly hanging off and apparently the battery had swollen. This company sorted my phone over Christmas and sent it back looking new. I was over the moon with rhe service, cost and my phone when I got it back. They seem to have a lot of work so they're not so great at immediate email responses to confirm receipt etc but don't worry, your phone is in safe hands, my family and I will be surely repeat customers at the rate we destroy phones. I needed a simple repair to a camera cover on an iPhone. The whole process was handled perfectly, they even called me to confirm what needed to be done and gave a partial refund as the work didn't take as long as estimated.

I was happy that my problem was eventually satisfactorily resolved. I brought my iPad in for replacement of a faulty screen. The replacement screen worked well. Initially I wasn’t happy because a new fault had developed, i.e. failed fingerprint recognition on the home key. They were unable to repair this, but the issue was eventually resolved by the offer of a new ipad with higher spec, for which I paid the difference in price. Sadly the replacement unit developed a fault and they refused to take responsibility so I was left high and dry

Screen replaced very quickly however it become not responsive in a week time without any particular reason (I didn’t drop it or banged etc). Summarising, it was a waist of £80

Had a replacement screen glue around the outside was knobbly and missing in places top of screen appears to be detaching

New battery seems worse than my old one

Great service - much cheaper than local repairer, got the phone back in one week and good standard of work. Very satisfied.
