Thought I was going to have to buy a new washer dryer. They came out within two days, fixed the dryer, fixed the soap tray and levelled the machine. Highly recommended and will use again. Thank you!
If I could give this company no stars I would. Paid £92 for diagnostic and labour for my integrated fridge freezer. The engineer turned up put his hand in the fridge to feel the back and side of fridge to see how warm it is even though I had a fridge thermometer and told me the fridge was leaking gas and left after 5 minutes. I phoned today and was told that the engineers are professional and know how to tell what the fault is. So therefore I could have saved myself money if they had asked me to put my hand in the fridge and tell them if it was hot or cold. Unbelievable they did offer to send someone else but I have no confidence in this company. They take money upfront and your paying for labour which they may not do. I would strongly advise people against using this company. They take your money even if they do no work. They refused to give me refund even for the labour part which was £38.50 plus vat. They have no shame.
Absolutely shocking. Got told it’s the door lock. Even tho a loud bang came from inside. Assured that the door lock is the problem After waiting a week for the new part. Guess what? Still didn’t work. Was then told another part had gone but not checked during diagnostic visit. Asked to explain but no answer other than 1 machine in 30 that both go!! Steer well clear. Unqualified inexperienced Really mad and frustrated. Engineer was told to leave
Dishonest and unpleasant to deal with. Came in May to fix one part only for the machine to stop working a few months later. New engineer says that the machine should have been replaced in May as there are several old parts that could break at any moment and that he doesn't understand why we weren't advised of this. Perhaps it's because in May they were too busy charging us for other parts and 3 engineers to do the one simple job.
Now they're denying all comments about this and claiming I'm making it all up. Disgraceful trading.
Not to mention that the manager is avoiding my calls and forcing his team to deal with situation. Each time they end the call with the manager will call you which they haven't and again I'm dealing with the team. Terrible to be evading responsibility to your team and your customers.
I've checked some more review sites and it seems I'm not the only one. Used them in a previous home and had great service. Obviously a lot has changed and now I wouldn't recommend them. Stay away! And also from the other reviews I've found they warn people to check their prices as they overcharge for items.
Whilst the price of inspection and labor quoted on the phone were very reasonable, service was polite and they could come quickly they inflated the cost of parts - something most people would never question nor expect to happen. They wanted to charge me £110 to replace a part that would cost £55, in stock with next day delivery if bought directly from the manufacturer. When i questioned why they were charging double, they just mumbled that this was their suppliers cost i.e. themselves and they're not used to being called out on this scam.
Response to Repairaid: If you have no customer called Tim Castle, how do you explain the payment I made to you for £42 (the initial diagnostic fee) which Trustpilot have seen and therefore stopped your attempt to remove this review. This is now the second time you have lied and continue to be deceptive!

Booked a repair for our Neff dishwasher that had started malfunctioning. The repairman that came out spoke very broken English and was extremely difficult to understand; to the point where he couldn't even communicate to us what he thought was wrong with our dishwasher, and we could hardly communicate to him what the problems were (we had to point and gesture).
Someone else from this company told us our dishwasher was completely shot, needed to be replaced, and sent us over quotes for new dishwashers. Not believing this was the case, we had a repairman from Neff/Bosch out and it turns out it was a kinked hose in the back (which was immediately visible when the dishwasher was pulled out). The dishwasher is now working perfectly and the repairman told us it should last for a while longer.
A kinked hose should have been easily noticed and fixed by Repair Aid! At best, this makes them incompetent. Not sure how they could have received all these good reviews (well, I have an idea because I just saw an alert from Trustpilot saying a large number of fake reviews were removed). I emailed their office and made them aware of this and never received a response.

Asked to fix 3 issues in my kitchen, was able to fix the hob on 1st visit but dishwasher and cooker hood needed parts. Communication was good generally but I determined that replacing the cooker hood entirely was cheaper then replacing the broken motor - would have been better service if they had flagged this themselves.
Prices seem competitive.
