Great customer service. I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and my account got charged but after reaching out to their customer support they refunded my money which shows their platform is reliable and this a trustful company.
Looking forward to using their service in the future again.

Stay away. They scam you to get the subscription money. I joined for $2 and few days later cancelled the subscription cos I wasn't happy with the offers. Few weeks later I see that I didn't really unsubscribed and they charged me $55. I asked for a refund but of course they refused.
The way the profile page is designed leaves you thinking you did all the right moves to cancel subscription but no you don't really cancel it.

This is further to my review below and their response. Just report them to your bank and close your account and change your card. With every complaint, they will be investigated. Below is my initial review.
If I could rate it 0 or Negative I would.
Do Not be scammed. You cannot cancel. They will keep billing you $55 a month. You will need to close your bank account and change everything.
Their system either doesn't allow cancellation or makes you think you cancelled and will invoice you AFTER the supposed due date and take the money from your account. They will NOT REFUND IT.
BEWARE!

ATTENTION!!!! Ce site est frauduleux!!! On nous prend 2$ pour avoir les informations de contact d'un locateur mais ce qui n'est pas mentionné c'est qu'on s'abonne à vie et qu'ils vont nous prélever 55$ aux 28 jours!!!! Et le désabonnement n'est pas évident!!!! C'est de la fraude.

UPDATE: Rendola gave me a partial refund after realizing their own mistake of not reminding clients to renew their subscription. I gave Rendola the highest positive rating.

Ce sont de FRAUDEURS ! Croyez-le ou non, ma banque a dû bloquer ma carte de débit visa pour que ces voleurs arrêtent de vouloir prélever de l'$ dessus. C'est incroyable : je me suis désabonnée et eux par la suite [confirmé par le département des fraudes à ma banque] ont essayé à 5,6 reprises de me voler ! Je veux le faire savoir à tout le monde pour informer les gens. TENEZ-VOUS LOIN D'EUX : ILS SONT TOUT SAUF HONNÊTES !!

Don’t waste your money. . I thought I was paying two dollars but I was mistaken because they took $55 out of my rent. I basically pleaded with them to get that money back because when I realized they took out money on the 26th. I cancelled my subscription and I tried to contact them. They’re telling me they want proof that I cancelled before the subscription was renewed. They are not compassionate. They don’t have any listings better than what you get for free. I am out $55 and possibly can lose my place. I have a two-year-old , and I explain this to them but nothing was done.

Upon getting a reply from Rentola nine months after I had placed the review I’m being asked for a clearer explanation. What do you want from me? I have told you exactly what has happened the day that it happened. You did not help me. Nothing was solved because it’s all about money and nothing more.
