Had to pay to to book visit to rent apartment. when payment was done all the apartments were unavailable. false advertisement in my opinion.

A complete fraud. To actually be able to apply for listings it charges you 5 SEK which looks like a one-time payment. It’s super easy to miss that it is only valid for 2 days, after which you will be charged 495 SEK/month until you cancel. No way to get your money back. Also: at the time of writing I only see 1 star reviews, but the aggregated score is 2,5. What’s going on here Trustpilot?

Fraud. I saw a house for rent on Facebook and when I went to it it took me to this website rentler.se and i had to pay 5kr for verification after 2 days they deducted almost 500kr from my account. They took my money for membership and every house you go to says its not available. Some houses forward you to other websites that you also have to register for membership.

This a fraud company i was looking for house and i paid 5 SEK for once to book a viewing but that didn’t happen even i have paid I couldn’t get the viewing instead two days later they have cut 495 SEK from my account without my acknowledgement and when i asked they didn’t give me my money back . So they are a fraud company you will not get any house from them except scams .

I paid only 5 kr to check apartment but however it deducted 495 kr from my account it’s been almost month I haven’t get my money yet these are scam
They take money from you without even letting you know and in return you get nothing not even on website I got reply back when I emailed them that I will get my money back but yet sitting hopeless

A complete scam and fraudulent business!

I have started my 2 days trial and during the trial session, I decided to cancel. The website didn't enable a cancellation button and suggested that I have to wait until verification is approved. Nothing has changed for these 2 days about the cancellation button and I filled the form asking for a cancellation and a refund. No answer was received.

Today I sent an email after seeing that 495 SEK is withdrawn from my account. Here is their answer;

"You sent us a message one day after your subscription was renewed, and it was during the weekend.

Your subscription has been successfully canceled as per your request."

Don't waste your time and money.

It is a bad service. I was looking for a house to rent in the Facebook market when a user directed me to book a viewing using a link. The link took me to rentler.se in which an account is needed. A 5 kr cost is needed to verify my account which I gladly paid using my credit card (no other way to do that such as a swish). then I did send the user a message from rentler.se.

2 days later, I saw a transaction of 495 kr in my bank account from renler.se. It turns out that they enabled a subscription which I didn't ask for. Maybe they have it written somewhere but, without a doubt, it is intended, at least according to how I see it, for you not to see it. I feel completely trapped and cheated on.

I talked to customer service who stopped the subscription and deleted my account (as I requested), but with no refund, since I passed the 2-days free trial.

This is definitely not a way for conducting fair business and I don't recommend this service.
