I had a great experience arranging three cars with Perfect Car Rental at Tirana Airport. Booking was very easy, the prices were fair and competitive, and communication was seamless via WhatsApp. Glen was outstanding — friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and gave excellent advice about Albanian roads and which cars would suit our needs. He made the whole booking process simple and reassuring.

The actual rental exceeded all expectations (which was already high).
Glen was every bit as helpful in person - friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Neddy met and picked us up on arrival and handled everything warmly and efficiently. Besi was also great at providing us guidance and was reassuring and helpful.
All three cars were in excellent condition: very clean, well maintained, and with strong brakes. Drop-off was smooth, and all charges from beginning to end were clear and fair. Definitely rare to find a car rental like Perfect Car rental who provides trustworthy, amazing and honest service. Couldn’t ask for better service - highly recommend this rental.
