We’ll hold our hands up on the document chasing, we can sometimes get a little enthusiastic! Energy prices are traded on a live market, so suppliers give us strict deadlines to receive the paperwork and guarantee the rates quoted. Unfortunately, the market doesn’t always wait for us!
That said, we’ll take your feedback on board and make sure our reminders feel helpful rather than pushy.

We do make outbound calls to businesses, but we completely understand they’re not everyone’s cup of tea. We certainly don’t want to become the energy-industry equivalent of that mate who just won’t stop ringing. 📞😂

Worse company to work for so don’t waste your time applying to work here. It’s horrible and toxic work environment hence why they’re constantly hiring staff every month or two staff are quitting. They put unrealistic expectations and standards when you can’t reach because you haven’t received proper training they make your life miserable. Opps manager and managers bully you and intimidate you when you’re not doing well instead of giving proper training, support and healthy criticism expect they just treat you like shit for not hitting target on your first month or two on the job. No wonder this business isn’t growing. Also if you any mental health, physical health or even issues at home they say they’re there to support you but that’s just all lies. Most days at the job id be crying in the toilets or the moment I go home im just in tears. The reason I never went to Hr is because we had one person for the Hr team and he’s good friends with my manager so I never felt comfortable and safe to go make complaint. I will be honest though the owners are really nice people just a shame they have employed a bunch of bullies to run their company.

Support should not simply be offered, it should be felt. During your employment, structured training and coaching were provided, alongside regular one-to-one meetings and wellbeing support, including adjustments where appropriate. However, we recognise from your comments that this did not feel effective or sufficient from your perspective, and we take that seriously.
We are disappointed to hear the concerns raised about management behaviour, as bullying or intimidation is not acceptable within our business. We also understand your concerns about approaching HR and will reflect on how we can make confidential reporting routes clearer, more accessible and more independent.
As this is a public forum, we cannot discuss individual employment circumstances in detail. However, we would welcome the opportunity to review your concerns properly and confidentially.
We appreciate your positive comments about the owners and thank you for being honest about your experience. Feedback like this, even when difficult to read, gives us the opportunity to listen, learn and improve.
Great Company - Especially Emini
I had Emini call and speak to me regarding our energy contracts, she explained how the company works, and after I sent over our last bills, she went away and came back to me with some quotes the same day, saving the company quite a considerable amount. Not only was she quick, she was lovely and friendly, and just overall a great person to talk to!

We’ve searched our call records using the number and contact details provided, unfortunately we cannot locate any calls to the number provided.
We certainly do not encourage our team to claim that a callback was requested when it was not, so we would have been keen to listen to the call and investigate properly.
As we cannot locate any evidence of the call, we are unable to establish exactly what happened. However, we have removed the details from our system to prevent any further contact.

We had existing contracts in place with…
We had existing contracts in place with ENGIE running through to 2032, however there were several additional gas meters that had not been aligned within the agreement.
Antony successfully managed to consolidate the gas portfolio with the same supplier whilst also securing a cost saving for the business.
Very professional throughout the process and highly knowledgeable around commercial energy procurement. I would highly recommend his services

I can’t recommend Antony Foster highly enough. He helped procure and secure my business energy contracts well ahead of time, even though my existing agreements weren’t due until 2028. Thanks to his knowledge and forward planning, he managed to lock in rates through to 2033, protecting my business from the non-commodity increases forecasted for the future.
Antony was professional, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and stress-free.

Company rang 3 days running very pushy…
Company rang 3 days running very pushy and obnoxious person. When told we are not interested he said so you are refusing to do your job to transfer me through ?
First call was on friday 24th and took 20 mins to be able to get the caller off the phone, very rude, and insistent they be transferred to someone. My colleague was upset by the call. They then called on Monday 27th and I spoke to them telling him we are not looking to bring on anyone new, we have an existing contract and that we do not transfer calls to anyone about utilities. Told him to call back November time . The same geordie accented gentleman rang again today Wednesday 29th and I spoke to him again. I told him he had called me about this yesterday and the answer was the same we are not interested at the moment and would not be able to transfer him to anyone. He said " so you are not going to do your job then " I told him my job is to vet unwanted sales calls. He said how do you know it is a sales call - I replied because you rang about the same thing yesterday. I gave him my name and my bosses name . I went to IT an i have asked them to block the callers number,. Very unprofessional and now we have a log of the company we defiantely wouldnt be interested or want to speak to them in November. 29.4.26 11.49
