So far Reliable Respiratory has been fantastic. I love the new machine and have been able to get quality sleep. My only concern is the mask I was given with the memory foam. The memory foam has ripped on both masks I was given at the time of delivery, therefore I'm without a mask that works at the moment. Both masks I was given have both ripped in the same spot.

I’ve had my CPAP machine for about four months now. The company did not check in with me to see how everything was going. I’ve been having trouble falling and staying asleep with this particular mask. The numbers indicate I am not compliant, but no one reached out to me. Even my doctor was surprised they never called or emailed me to see how I was doing. I had to call them a week or so ago to have them send me a different type of mask to try.

They always give me updates when my next order is scheduled,when I use to order my first supplies through the phone they are very friendly and handle my supplies very professional respectful way I love it and they are the best I would totally recommend it to anyone that needs they're services. Responsive staff assists, resolves problems, and answers questions with honesty and a degree of warmth that I very much appreciate. It’s not a fun thing to have to use a CPAP machine, so when I have to reach out for a supply reorder, they’re friendly and get the box on its way to me. When I had a failed power block, they were there for me in the office to relieve my anxiety and take care of the problem. In my first calls, Karen made certain I was connected to the right person to discuss my broken machinery. Kristin met me in Norwood and finalized the issue very well. Thank you, all. Thumbs up!

The “cPac” equipment was very imposing. The instructions provided by the Instructor were not. Going through how you put it on ONCE doesn’t make you confident you are doing it trght. BigBrother looking over your shoulder doesn’t explain if they know either.
But the worst of it is that there are no printed instructions,explanations & people you can just call if you have questions. I will complain to my DR.

Reliable Respiratory - Only 3-stars from this Customer! The response time, when I order something, is great - no complaints! However, it is my considered opinion that their "main concern" is Reliable Respiratory and the $$$ they can generate, rather than putting their "customers and/or clients" first!

They replaced a defective C-PAP machine with no problems.

Complete waste of time. Haven't had a decent night sleep since I started using it 6 months ago. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The first mask I received was very uncomfortable, I did not know I had the option to choose a different mask. Through calling your supply company they made it clear that I was able to try something different. So for almost three months I was subject to the mask that Was given me.

probably should give a little better score.the things that could be better is my fault anyway.i needed replacement parts filters for a long time but have trouble making phone calls due to depression.wish they had a system where they would notice if someone hasn't kept up and may be in need.

The best service and most knowledgeable of staff. I have dealt with more than a dozen companies in the last decade and a half. Reliable Respiratory is the only one that has not let me down, They have even helped me solve problems with other companies!

They came to my home with the bi-pap machine and set it up for me. They carefully explained how to use and clean it and then personally adjusted the mask so that it did not leak. No other provider has ever taken the time to do that.

Took care of me since day one, nothing they could not do to satisfy me.
