Totally unreliable surveyors.
1. Didnt find sufficient flaws in the reviews of property I purchased, resulting in me having to spend a lot of money for renovation.
2. when cowboy builder damaged a property refused to write that there was no prior damage
3. When the cowboy left I asked them to book a survey, never bothered to turn up.

I have just contracted the Reliable Property Group to conduct a private survey for a property I am purchasing. Timely and efficient service. Appointment scheduled and surveyor turned up on time too. Very Professional and competent service from start to end. I was completely anxious about purchasing this property. Ryan helpfully talked me through the process providing a report template as well as outlining the benefits and disadvantages of not having a survey, the different types of surveys they provide before any payment was exchanged. Their reviews were good and prices comparable with other local surveys so I felt confident in procuring their services. Kim undertook the survey and she is a blast. She very quickly realised that I was nervous about this project. She talked me through what she was going to do and I felt much more confident and left her to it. I didnt have to hang around for the three hours she was in the property. I was overwhelmed by the comprehensive survey she carried out - 77 pages of report. Kim also provided some extra assessments just to provide me with the additional reassurances I needed. This was important and didnt cost me any more. She then helpfully went through step by step what the key points in the report meant, explaining what the scoring suggested and tips on taking issues forward. I would have no hesitation of recommending Reliable Property Group.
